Arya Leads to Success

Basically, I have not applied for any other colleges instead of Arya Group of Colleges, Jaipur because it is one of the best Engineering Colleges in North-Western India and it has set a goal to be a world-class technical institution fostering innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial spirit. Every programme offered by Arya Group of Colleges has different eligibility criteria, these depend on the field as well as the level of the programme. For admission in Btech Programmes candidates must have completed 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and Chemistry/Biology with a 50% score and the candidates must have to select in REAP process. The mission of our Arya is to educate students professionally to face social challenges by providing a healthy learning environment grounded well in the principles of engineering, promoting creativity, and nurturing teamwork

I have selected Computer Science as it has a lot of scope in future and is on rising in the current situation. Teacher Student ratio I found here is 45:1 which I feel is quite good in an engineering college. All the faculty members are very well educated with some of the teachers even being IIT graduates. They have a lot of experience and are skilled in guiding for future endeavors. Currently, I have studied through the online mode due to covid-19 and hence it is difficult to comment on the teaching process. Online learning takes place on the Microsoft Teams platform with the help of PowerPoint presentations. Exams are conducted timely in a very well manner. There are two Midterm exams and End term exams at the end of the semester, assignments are also given timely. Based on all, GPA is calculated. We need to study in a focused manner to pass the exams with good marks.

Many companies like Byju, Accenture, L&T infotech, TCS, and many more companies provide internship opportunities to every student. The students can apply and take an internship in any company they want. the stipend is also given upto 20000 per month or on the basis of your work. In every course at the end of last semester, there is a period of 6 months in which you have to do an internship to get your degree.

The institute has a separate placement cell which helps the students to groom and become more professional and responsible. The majority of the students get placed under reputed organizations. The institute records 90% success in the campus placements drive wherein top recruiters are invited to hire the students. Here come more than 50 MNCs like Wipro, Infosys, Cisco , HCL etc. every year with an average package of 5lacs per annum which is quite good in the starting phase of your career.

There is no fee hike here. When seeing the course fee you will find that it is not as much for doing engineering. They charge 340000 for the complete course of 4 years. Many scholarships are also given to the students who are economically weaker and also girls are also given scholarships under the program "Beti BAcho Beti Padhao". You can also join a hostel and you have to pay only 77000-89000 according to your room.

Every year many fests are organized. The cultural fest is a freshers party, shradhanjali, jewels, annual function. Every branch also has its own technical fest. The library is opened 24*7 for their students. The campus has internet connectivity all the time. The environment is very pleasant for studies here. There are smart classes and proper comfort for students. Hostels are good and rooms have proper ventilation. The quality of food given to the hostelers is very good.

Yes, I have opted for hostels. Hostels are good. We have 2 roommates in the first year. One table is provided in a room. One bed is also provided. Two shelves are provided for putting some books. One Almira is also provided. hostel and mess fees included we need to pay 77 thousand per year. The standards are very promising and good.
