As my brother referred me to this college so I visited Chennai's Amirta Balkampet Campus on my counseling day. it's so beautiful and classrooms and kitchen labs are well equipped with good bench and AC. The same day I met with few faculties and they helped me to choose what is best for my career.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as after completing the course there will be endless opportunities for me in India and abroad. Chefs in my college are having experience of working abroad in cruise ships and countries like Italy and France. All faculties here are well qualified and they teach in a very easy way. We learn through Videos andPPT's. I felt exams were not that difficult as we learned nicely during online classes.
Internships Opportunities
My college provides good opportunities for internships in 4 and 5-star hotels anywhere in India. Many big brands like Taj, Hayatt, and Oberai's are taking students from my college and I heard they provide 3000 to 5000 per month as a stipend.
Placement Experience
My college provides 100% placement to deserved students in 5-star hotels in India and abroad also. My brother got selected in Park Hayat Delhi in 2018 and his salary is also good. I am studying hard and attending all practicals classes online to gain knowledge so that I can have a good job in the future.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is reasonable at 72000 per year. We can pay 72000 in 3 terms so it is not a burden on my parents. My college is providing education loan on 0% interest and this makes easier for many students. Our college will provide Part-time jobs to students. Good scholarship opportunities are here if I will get 90% marks and 100%.
Campus Life
Due to the pandemic, I have not attended classes but I am very much excited to attend classes as my brother has told me that studying in this college is amazing. I heard and saw pictures of extra curriculum activities and sports events. I want to participate in inter-house competitions.
