Globsyn through my eyes

I have applied only one college and that is Globsyn. As an admission criteria the age bar was upto 35 years and minimum marks should be 50 %. I have succeeded for all criteria and my admission process was fine as the counselor was very interactive and communicative to me and my guardian.

From childhood I like commerce and accounting and I also passed my 12 th in accounts stream. So I decide to chose my stream as finance as I get admitted as PGDM Finance. Our college faculty are nice they are always there to help us in every aspect. In our college faculty students ration was 30 :70. Most of Faculties are having PhD degree and if you're talking about exams then I will say that in each week in each months exams are going to be taken. Sometimes through live projects we gave exams.

Name of the companies and roles offered under internships with stipend are as follows PWC, Tata, Bandhan Bank, LIC, Kotak, Karvy, HSBC, Fortis. Projects like handling the live customer at counters while they came up to us for Billing and discharge.

From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Bajaj, Bandhan Bank, ICICI bank , TATA consultancy, PWC and many more companies visits our college for placements. The highest average packages per company profile offered is 7.5 lpa. There are about 90%students get placed here. After getting a degree I will do the job

According to hike policy, I would like to say that the fees for full time MBA course is reasonable as compared with the other colleges. My first company for internship was Fortis and there I got a stipend for Rs2000 in 2 months. I have got placed in PWC SDC Kolkata from my college.

Kalyani was one of the social charity funds that has run by the students group in our college. In that group we used to arrange various camps like blood donation camps, starvation camp and various roadshows.

Registration process for hostel is having a list of terms and conditions which you need to obey if you want to stay in the hostel . Meal quality for both lunch and dinner is excellent. Facilities like attached bath room, air conditioner and wardrobe are there in a room. All rooms are joined with a common room where all can sit and chat together.

Topic of GD was should we stand in cinema halls when does the National Anthem plays. Next round was written test about 50% was objective. Other criteria of admission like I have to stayed in the hostel at there premises. I was prepared by pre practice them about I started practice more than 3weeks before in order to overcome the interview rounds.
