Remarks
I applied only to Gyan Ganga college because it's the best private college in Jabalpur. You can either go for College Level Counseling or Online Counseling. You should have above 20marks in JEE to get into any branch. Online counseling takes place on dte.mponline.gov.in website.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose CS because I had a keen interest in CS. All the faculty in Gyan Ganga College is decent. Gyan Ganga takes attendance seriously just like school. There is a 1:60 ratio of faculty vs student. Most of the faculty have good behavior and are supportive but don't expect too much from them as it's a private college. Most of the faculty is well experienced. The exams are taken just like schools. Very strict and on a timely basis.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees at Gyan Ganga are a bit too expensive. For CS they charge Rs. 62,000. But this is fixed for the rest of the course. No hike policy as of now. College doesn't offer any scholarship from your own but if you are from OBC, SC/ST then you can apply for Post Matric Scholarship. It's an MP Government initiative which gives approx Rs. 30,000 for OBC and Rs. 34,000 to SC/ST students.
Campus Life
Gyan Ganga is good at hosting tech & cultural fests. They have hosted many regional SIH events, SRIJAN, entrepreneurship talks, and many more. They also invite famous DJs to cultural fests. You will enjoy it a lot as there are various events happening every one or two months.
