Exam: GATE, Percentile: 97.3 I opted this college because it is one the best college in India. It has labs in which actually you can do research and grow your career.

There were total 7 different specialisations for post graduation programs (M.Tech in IT). I have chosen Robotics and AI because of my interest. This college has very good lab for AI and Robotics. I have enjoyed my 2 years there by doing lots of works in robotics and also participated in many robotics events.

Yes, I think they provide internship. But I am not sure about how much they provide stipend. Even I got the stipend with M.Tech because I was GATE qualified and all M.Tech students get this stipend of about 8 K time. I think now it is increased to 12 K.

There are lots of opportunities in this college. In final year there were so many chances you will get. You have to decide which company you want to go. One thing if you to do carefully is if you got placed in dream round company then you can not go for another dream round company. I got placed in 2 companies Wipro, MAQ Software.

Fee structure in IIITA is little expensive. For one semester it was around 55 K including hostel fee. 45 K was the college fee. But I was getting 8K per month stipend so I managed that easily. Library was good and big enough to study and many books were available.

Other than stipend I think there was some scholarship facility if you got some project. I did not get any outer scholar but yes this type of scholar were there.

Gender ratio was around 6:4, campus life was very good. For boys hostels were outside the college boundary and for girls, hostels were inside the college boundary near to faculties residents. Campus is very big. For boys it is good to have one cycle to go to class as class rooms or labs are little far from hostels.

Yes, Allahabad network is big there are many alumni at good companies and good places. Because of this there was so many companies visit every year and it is increasing.

Exam structure was good. Not much hectic and much chill out. We got enough time for study and enjoyment both. I did many participation in robotics events and able to manage my score 9.6 out of 10. So I think it is good structure any good student will enjoy completely.

After GATE exam. There was again one written test (objective type) followed by programming test which consist 3 data structure programming questions and then there was one interview with a panel of three professors, then finally I got the result in same day evening and I got the admission.

Faculty specially in Robotics and AI were of very high profile and having very good knowledge. My HOD was even taught in MIT. He was having very good knowledge of Robotics. Other faculties also were very good in teaching skills. They were teaching with full potentials and spreading knowledge.
