Entrance Preview

12th standard Board exam or the Secondary School Exam is the exam I had taken.scored 70% I love commerce.

Course Curriculum Overview

The courses curriculum were excellent. They were well structure,updated and highly informative. It allows the students to perform in real time situation by making use of lots of problematic examples. They were in par with other top college university curriculum.

Internships Opportunities

No, for this particular course College did not provide any internship. I did it way back in 2001 so there were not much popularity for those internships.

Placement Experience

The placement and job opportunities are excellent. There were alos lot so placement test and Industry collaboration done by student council were really helping students to get placed in core companies and land in dream job.

College Events

AM birthday was celebrated greatly. Other National holidays like Independence Day, Republic Day and local native festivals like Pongal , Diwali were widely celebrated day. Technical , cultural and management festivals was attended by more than 100 colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

No,I do not know about any good scholarship/loan facility that are offered by college. I did not get a chance to avail any scholarship when i studied there.

Exam Structure

Exam structure included both objective and subjective type of question and answers. They were testing the intelligibility of the students in different ways. They were 3 hour exams scheduled alternate days with Fill in the blanks, True or False, Match the following, Choose the correct answer.

Faculty

They were great.They were really highly educated with B.ed,M.Ed and P.hds. They were equally fun to be attending their classes. They helped us even after classes. Whenever we had doubts, they were more than happy to help us.

Best friendly college with quality education

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students get campus placements. Highest ever is 80LPA i think from deloit or KMG. Mostly students get placements about 75% get placements. My plan after getting degree is clear CA inter and finals.

A view on recent days MCC

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.

From the 5th semester onwards the management made various efforts to conduct oncampus And they made it. Some companies which visited our campus is tata groups , vindhya e infomedia, wipro etc. Highest package offered is 3,00,000 per annum most probably 80 % of students placed. My plan after degree is to place in good reputed company.

Remarks:

Positive is good atmosphere and campus Negative is we can’t enjoy the campus because whenever we cut a class the department cut our international mark and we can’t write exam without 75% mark

Campus chronicles

I actually for two other colleges in Chennai, one is Loyola and the other is dgvc. I didn't get seat in Loyola even though I got very good marks 552/600 which includes a centum in commerce and 99 in accounts. After that I applied in dgvc where at first I didn't get counseling but once I paid fees in this College am jain college I got admission there..I asked for a refund in my college but they didn't provide me so I joined here. I applied for loyala college and DG vaishnav but unfortunately I wasn't placed there then I finally applied in AM jain and got in it initially I hated it but then I went through it now I feel like it wasn't really a bad decision aftervall.
