Arya Group of College is one of India's top learning institutions, situated in the cultural capital of Rajasthan, Jaipur. Even though the main city is 20 minutes away from the campus, it is leashed with every single facility a university should have. Moreover, the public transport facility is available all the time with city buses running through the route on an hourly basis. The admission process is very smooth. When a candidate arrives at the university for admission, they are immediately guided by a counsellor and within two hours the process is completed. The reason I think this university is ideal for my studies is that not only the faculties here are highly active and supportive in terms of academics and co-curricular activities but also the university supports developing entrepreneurial skills and boost student startups along with the usual placement training. The university has a very detailed website that can be used for any kind of reference.

The course I chose is B.tech in computer science as I've always been keen on learning computers. The college has labs and classrooms with fully functional projectors in each classroom. A dedicated reading room is provided for the students who wish to do self study on campus after the official class hours. There are approximately 60 students in each classroom which are further divided into 3 equal batches for the hands-on training during lab sessions. There are more than 2 faculties provided to each class for each subject who are well qualified with a masters degree and PhD in their chosen subjects. A weekly assessment is conducted to know the depth of knowledge of the students. The midterm and end term exams are from 6 and 12 weeks from the start of the semester. Thanks to the weekly assessment, exams and assignments provided by the facilities, the concepts of the students are so clear that passing the exams seems like a piece of cake.

I am a local person, hence, I do not reside in any of the hostels or PG. Although, I have friends who are living on campus and the details below are their experiences. The hostel rooms are well furnished with a dedicated bed, wardrobe and a study table. The cost can be from around 50,000 to 77,000. The food that is provided is of good quality and there is a weekly menu. For registration of the hostel rooms, one should contact the concerned department at the college whose number can be easily found on the college's website. There are also students living in PGs which can be around 2000 to 3000 per month.

The college provides constant updates through email or any other means regarding the upcoming and ongoing internships. The faculty members encourage the students to do as many internships as possible as it will not only look good on the resume but would also provide industry exposure. Small and large companies provide paid (from 3000 to 15000) and unpaid internships. Although, one should have the basic programming skills and the knowledge of the recent software being used for the development.

A students fee depends on various factors which can be from 30 thousand to 1 lakh. Being a private institution the fees is pretty nominal compared to the facilities provided. One can avail various scholarships like Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao through the college based on their percentage and marks obtained in their previous school. There are also student exchange programs and abroad internships. Furthermore, there is an entrepreneurship development cell at the college for the students who wish to start their own startup and the students who are already associated with one. All in all, Arya College supports its students in every aspect just one should be willing to avail it.

The on-campus life of students is astonishing. There is an annual fest "Shradhaanjali" in which there are multiple contests, activities like dance, singing and open mic. Arya's library is pretty massive and books of all variants and fields including novels can be found there. Now, the books can be availed at our doorsteps too due to the pandemic which I think is a pretty amazing facility. Each classroom is equipped with projectors, blackboard and benches, and charging sockets. Other than this college pays huge attention to sports and extracurricular activities like football, cricket and chess. Also, there are different clubs for different departments like the .NET which hosts literary events like coding, NFS, CRACK IT, app development and a lot more events that serve as great platforms for the students of ARYA to exhibit their hidden talents.

The students get the placement training like aptitude test, GD and personal interviews from as early as 2nd year of their college. This is to ensure that each and every student is mentally and physically ready for the placements and maximum number of seats can be acquired by the students Arya College. The training gets intense and detailed with each passing semester focusing on the areas the students are weak on. In the final year, the students starts getting mails related to which company is coming on-campus or for the online meeting. Companies like Amazon and TCS also comes in the university and students can easily apply to appear with a formal resume.
