my college experience

Initially, I discussed with my counselor according to my marks and went through various colleges their criteria and admission process, but I liked Parul University most because of its education, reviews, and environment. further, the place where it is situated Vadodara according to me and my parents was the safest place for a girl to live around. In addition to that, I did my further admission process from my hometown itself and got the offer letter. after that, I booked my hostel online, and further, when I went to the college I paid my tuition fees and did all the admission process. After that, I went to my department and was introduced to my BBA department head, and had a small meeting with him and from the next day, I started going to college.

The reason I chose BBA was that from the starting when I selected commerce as my stream in 11th standard I wanted to go into the business and management line, and for that, according to me, BBA was best. as it teaches us about how to manage things in the corporate world when things get out of control and how to manage a workplace and things required, we get to know about the laws of factories our rights, accounting, and many more. and to do this course I selected Parul university and got to know the best teachers.The faculty of my department was very cooperative and helpful, they would help us at every moment and would never deny cooperation or assistance. As for the qualification of our faculties they all had done MBA or Ph.D.in their respective specialization. the teaching at our department was done through ppt, videos, and slides. and as for the exams it was for me not that hard as compared to my school exams as the syllabus was not that much if you would study the exam is easy.

there were various internship opportunities, and as per my field, we got most opportunities from banks usually like a bank of Baroda, axis bank,icici bank, etc, there were also internships from various other companies like cognizant, Gujarat chemicals,byjus and many more

students were eligible for campus placements in the final year of their graduation, though they can do internships beforehand as I wanted to do further studies I did not go for any placements. but my colleagues got placements at byjus, Gujrat chemicals, banks, etc

The tuition fees increased this year previously it was 58000 this year it increased to 60000 as well as the hostel fees increased every year. we can get scholarships by showing our 12 grades we get scholarships according to our marks.

the campus life of PU is known in the entire Vadodara it has the most amazing and vibrant campus. if you ever feel bored you can go outside your hostel and meet your friends on the campus and can even play badminton cricket etc., there are parks for students to enjoy .it has various shops and eateries inside the campus so if we sometimes don't like our hotel food we can get easily fast food from inside the campus. PU's annual fest Dhoom, technical fest 'projections', management fest'xplore' and many more like BBA bazaar, Pratibha, etc are there. Many celebrities come to these events to judge and to perform. there's even an online platform 'your dost' which helps students to deal with the problems and difficulties they face during their college.

The hostel in which I lived consisted of four-bed, cupboards, a desk, and a common mirror. the hostel meal is the only thing which I didn't like as according to outside state people the food was not likable by them but the localities liked the food very much. the registration process of my hostel was done at the time of admission only the fee was that time 58000 per year but now it has increased to 60000. my hostel was located inside the campus and was near to my college also
