Remarks
I took admission from the Management quota and they are very selective to choose students under the management quota. You need to visit early to get admission to your favorite branch. Any reservation quota admission is taken via UPSEE / JEE mains counseling.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose college due to its placements but later I realized the faculties are very good, training for placement started in the first year only and most students get placement because they put their efforts into training conducted by the college. Sh. Raman Batra (EVP) personally taken care of all placement activities.
Internships Opportunities
I got the opportunity to get an internship but did not receive much stipend so cannot disclose it. I work in a startup of my college alumni itself, so there I get more knowledge and less price. I also work on AKTU's Online VVirtual Lab development event and designed solutions for 3 experiments.
Placement Experience
Placement training started from first year itself, placement activities are started since 6th semester itself. Major recruiters visit college like TCS, Infosys, HCL, Capgemini, Wipro, techmahindra, Mphasis, verisign etc. Almost 100% of students get atleast one offer letter Best placement, i took admission in NIET because I know it's good at placement but now I know it why
Fees and Financial Aid
Average fee 1.5 lakh for the first year (1.15 lakh 2nd year to 4th year). The scholarship is available for toppers only. I am in 3rd year now, but my brother get an offer letter from 3 major recruiters, and later he joins Verisign (CTC 8 LPA)
Campus Life
Freshers, annual fest, tech fest (every semester), sports fest (Every semester), club activities almost 1every month are organized. The library is very huge and student also have free access to MOOCS platforms as Khan Academy, Coursera, NPTEL, Cambridge English, and also for paid research journals.
Hostel Facilities
One bed with mattress and pillow, one table, one chair, almirah are available in my room, attached bathroom (shared with roommates) for my package. Food quality is acceptable and almost the same as home
