College review

The admission process was smooth and interesting. I had applied for multiple colleges but felt the facilities and placements were better in this college. I liked the ambiance of this college and met the faculty which was a worthwhile experience.

I chose the above course as finance is the most in-demand course in the current situation. It enables me to learn life skills and learn about managing money. It has enabled me to make smart financial decisions and move ahead in life.

I got an internship in ICICI securities in a campus drive. Various projects were given to us to boost our understanding of the practical concepts. Presentations and discussions were a key part of our learning.

We get eligible for campus placements from the 4th semester onwards subject to submission of SIP. I visited 3 companies and finally got placed in IBHFL. The highest package was 12 lacs and the average package was 5 lacs. Over 90% of students got placed in different streams and disciplines.

The fees structure is a little on the higher side although the opportunity of availing scholarships was a great experience. I got a scholarship of 75K based on my MAT scores. I got placed in IBHFL with an annual salary of 3.5 lacs.

Regular fests and activities were conducted for the character building and personality of students. The classrooms were well-equipped with ACs and projectors with adequate space for ventilation. Extracurricular activities were conducted in the form of debates, quizzes, and extempore events, etc.

The GD was based on current affairs only with a focus on clarity, content delivery, and self-confidence. I filled the application form online and got called for GD and PI. I prepared extensively on GD topics and watched news debates regularly.
