Better than most of the private engineering college in north India

The admission process is really simple and you just need to be above 45%. I have applied through Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process (REAP) form, where the basic details like class 10th and class 12th marks are asked .it is advisable to take admission in July and August. The college campus is big and has various facilities like art, music, sports, dance and cultural activities. The teachers are also helpful and guide you on every step but you have to open up to them for that. They also provide counselling of all sorts if you need it in any case.All the professional course students have uniforms besides. Also, it is compulsory to wear an id card in the college and you are not allowed on college premises without an ID card.

I had chosen the civil engineering department by passion. Here faculty student ratio was around 1:50. But the quality of teaching and teaching techniques of the faculty members were good. College is concerned about the quality of knowledge they are providing to the students in each department. All the instruments were available in the labs. Most of the faculty members were holding their masters degree from reputed college and the quality of knowledge they provided was above the average mark. Except from good academics, one can get any practical knowledge from workshops, seminars or training as this institute arrange several workshops and seminars.

Our college offered good internship opportunity for us to learn in a real world. The college provides a lot of internship opportunities from the first year itself. Hundreds of companies enrol in the internship program.The internships are paid or non-paid. The stipend varies from job to job depending upon the job profile.There are various projects done by the students and those will help them a lot.

Most of the placement offers are On-Campus . So percentage of Students getting placed is around 90-95 % Left overs include students opting for further studies, or civil services or research oriented. All big tech giants offers job in placement season like Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Google and almost all companies are open for all branch students (except a few wanting a particular niche). Popular startups also offers jobs during placement season.

As one can easily get the fees structure of this institute, so I wont discuss that topic. Approximately its around 3.20 lakh for 4 years. One can avail of any of the govt scholarships from this institute and she/he might get huge assistance from the student welfare cell of the institute related to the application process for the scholarship. And the college provide scholarships on basis of merit or CGPA. If one can get the highest YGPA, the department provides a 50% fee waiver for the next academic year to that particular student. Also if you are interested to get a study loan then the institute will help you out throughout the process of the loan.

There are so many social groups on the campus. Around 40+ groups are there involving social and cultural activities. One can get anything like dancing, singing, modelling, content writing, drama and many more in those groups. But there is hardly any technical group I found. Overall the campus life is pretty decent and the senior junior relationship is good on the campus. A student get an innovative or technically sound environment on the campus as there are more number of workshops. Yeah, the institute arranges a decent tech fest on the campus in November every year. In odd semesters, the college organised a sports festival as well. I wont say its a huge one but yeah all the common sports are there in the list. Infrastructure wise its the best private college in terms of library, availability of journals, books and laboratory equipment as well. But the classrooms are ordinary.

Hostel facility is very good. There are also Single seater, 2 seater and 3 seater room are available. Rooms are newly maintained. wifi reaches every room. Every hostel in every floor, 1 study room, 1 induction and washing machine 1 table tenis, news paper in each hostel available. The rent of hostel for all these things is only 6k per semester. Hostel fee is affordable. Free wifi will be provided only for laptops for academic works. Girls must return to the hostel by 7 pm and boys must return to campus by 9pm. Food is tasty and hygienic and afternoon meals will be always the same and non-vegetarian food is not permitted inside the campus.
