Mppet rank 3500, marks obtained 116. I was from other state quota so very limited seats. 5% of seats are reserved for other states. Counselling was online. For MP general category EI used to be booked by 5500 ranks.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty was average. EI is a combination of all the branches. Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical computer science subjects are included in the curriculum. Exams were easy to pass. Faculty has basic knowledge. Some of the faculty members are PhD but some guest faculty members are very naive.
Internships Opportunities
Tcs, Flourdeniel, Infosys are the main recruiters for our college. Some small companies sometimes visit college. Students have to apply on their own for internships. There is no role of too in the internship. Even in placement, some college alumni try to bring companies to college. There is no support from too or college committee for placement.
Placement Experience
Nearly 20% of students get placed in college. Most of the students prepare for GATE and government exams during and after college. Faculty and seniors motivate students only for GATE. No one talks about GMAT., GRE or CAT.
Fees and Financial Aid
Perhaps the most inexpensive college. 70% of students got scholarships as sc st obc and fee waiver. One of the cheapest cities and colleges. The college has a good library and books can be issued for the entire semester.
Campus Life
One of the largest campuses in mp. The library is equipped with many reference books, systems, journals and newspapers. Books can be issued easily for the entire semester. The college organizes state level cricket tournaments every year. Has basketball court, gym and musical instruments.
