Mitali Yadav's Review On Govt Engineering College, Bilaspur

I am an engineering student from Government engineering College Bilaspur, and my journey till now in college was so amazing and insightful. I really learned much more concepts and skills and also developed my various qualities like leadership, communication, and public speaking skills. This college is a state government-owned college in which all girl students get free education without any pay off fee. The admission starts with the application filling of the CGPET exam, yes it takes all the admission with the help of CGPET rank and takes admission for students outside the Chhattisgarh based on JEE mains percentile. And the specific rank range was decided for admission in a particular branch. The proper college visit and counseling session were provided by the Directorate of technical education and all students who get admission in their branches are allowed to join the college at the provided date. There is four quotas provided from the start where GEN, OBC, SC, ST are there.

I choosen the course B.Tech from the information technology department because I really wanted to explore my skills in the technical stream only, I really enjoy being the part of these and wanted to learn and grab as much as I can. Talking about the student-faculty ratio so it is quite good as much of the facilities are not permanent. And qualifications of faculties are best in thes institute and also they very nicely interacts with the students help them in their projects and activities and also offer them to take part in various events. The term exams are held at time only as they properly provide the schedule of filling exam form till the end of the exam, including practical exams .

The college doesn't provide any internship opportunities with stipends but it provides training in various courses and streams. The training excess is for everyone so that anyone from the institute can build their skills.

In this institute not more but some campuses come for the placement and recruitment of the students. The students prepare themselves by doing internships and training throughout the course. Plans after getting the degree is to get placed in the best MNC.

Fee Structure for the students of all semester is quite less,as girls students get free education in this institution and get excess of books also in free . But for male students, the fee structure is only 20,000 per semester.

The annual fest organized in the college is KAUSHALAM it was managed and organized by the students. The campus life is not so tough to survive as with the circle of good people one can exist and make the best connection in the college, Our seniors are also so supportive and encouraging. There are several groups like the Developers students club, literary club, sports club, yoga club, music club, dance club, and so on.

The facilities provided by the institute in the hostel are well enough for the students.The stuff provided are well maintained and properly designed and checked every time before providing to any student.
