Remarks

I applied for R.K college too but due to the distance between home to college, it is too much. That is why then I opted for L.N.M.U. I am from the General quota, no other quota was provided to me. One can take admission in L.N.M.U to the majority of courses on a merit base. But university conducts counseling to give seats to the students who are eligible. L.N.M.U offers more than 20 undergraduate courses. You can take admission at any age, No age barrier is there. I had not taken any counseling because I had taken admission online.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I choose this course because I want to do a company secretary job. The faculty available here are helpful. They basically help us to choose our career. There are many teachers who are educated from recognized universities. The faculty that's here is of a very helping nature and their teaching methods are way too simple that a student can easily grab it. They are certified by recognized universities in India. And are very qualified in their Field. They help each and every students even at extra time. The term exams are held manually here and the exams are not much difficult an average student can crack it easily from my opinion.

Internships Opportunities

5

Name of the companies that had visited here previously is Kotak Mahindra Bank, Vivo Smart Phones, Tata and IBM. The roles are offered here are only when marks are above 50 in aggregate in all subjects. Roles that are offered here are of supervised, office assistance, Marketing, Accounting, Salesman, Marketing etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost here of the whole B.com Hons. the course is 4000 of three years. My total fees of 3 years excluding books are 4000. You have to purchase books from outside of the universities. scholarship is provideonly to the topper students of the college.yes, we get internship jobs here but at the final year of college the basic internship starts from 35000 per year to 50000 per year.

Campus Life

4.5

The annual fests and tech fests are organized here fests like youth fests in which more than 500 students participate from 21 different universities. Where different activities are held in the Dr. Nagendra Jha stadium. Sports events are held here in which students participate in both indoor as well as outdoor games and even cultural activities are also carried out here in which student participates in different folk dances. All these things are started in 2008 when former president Pratibha Devi Singh Patil inaugurated the first edition of the festivals. Some of the organization that is here are like AISF:- which helps students in every aspects of the college. NCC is also available here if you are interested in Army / Defence. NSS ( National Service Scheme) is also here for students.

Other Applied Colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free.

Nothing influenced me yet i just have to go for it because of my graduation . Yes they prepare you good enogh for the rat race you are gonna do in coming future . The curriculam is a joke they will put information today and you have to get today only . I would suggest some of the rules and regulations should be maintained by the staffs and students even with teachers. Exams should in such manner no student can atleast face problems regarding admit cards and can cheat . there is no difficulty in in mid one but final one .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the B.Com curriculum at LNMU around 7.5/10 for relevance and coverage. I chose this course because it included all the important commerce subjects needed for government exams, higher studies like MBA, and basic professional courses. The syllabus builds a good theoretical foundation, but it lacks practical exposure like Tally, GST or real industry projects. Teaching methods are simple and could be improved with more modern, interactive approaches. Exams are held twice a year and follow predictable patterns, so the difficulty level is moderate. With notes and regular study, most students clear them easily.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly the college doesn't prepare students for the real world. Teaching methods of the teachers are okay but it doesn't help in the real world competition. No extra curricular activities are held for students. College gives enough time for preparation for the examination. Anyone can pass easily in this college.
