The syllabus provided by the AKTU of all the branches is very good and is equivalent to the syllabus taught in IIT and NIT. So one can definitely get all the knowledge to become a successful engineer. The practical classes are also arranged but in most of the AKTU colleges it is only to gain marks and complete the file work .

Campus life is not too good since the college is stretched in very short area .Only the playground is large enough to play and it is said that IMSEC has the biggest playground in all over colleges of Ghaziabad . Greenery is not good enough and the worst is the main entrance gate where their is no shade to stand for some time.

The first two sessionals are so arranged that highest marks secured in first two sessionals will be taken into consideration and the third sessional is compulsory for all in which the whole syllabus is asked . this exam is arranged to secure good in the Semester exams .
