My beautiful experience in college during my Ug course

I was applied for the Rabindranath Tagore University for my undergraduate course which is graduation in zoology but I didn't take admission because some of my friends were also taken admission to Rabindranath Tagore university earlier and told me to not take admission. After all, in my course which is zoology, the teaching staffs are very less so that they can't take proper classes and can't complete the syllabus on the time before the exam so that students get in trouble. That's why I didn't take admission to Rabindranath Tagore university even this is too near to my home.

I choose graduation in Zoology because I was very interested in this course since my school days. And, the faculty of my college is too friendly. They help whenever students want any kind of help regarding studies, carrier and in other fields. The student teacher bonding was too good and strong. I have graduated last year but I really miss my teachers because they were like friends more than a teacher. The teachers were mostly Post Graduated and Ph. D qualified or under Ph. D. My college always takes every exam on time no matter it's the class test, unit test, surprise test, sessions exam or final exam. And we don't felt that difficult to pass because our teachers were too good, they used to explain every topic very thoroughly and nicely.

We have to pay around 1100 at the time of admission every semester. And we have to pay extra college fees, practical fees, bus fees (if anyone wants bus facility because of the distance of college and home) and hostel fees(if any student takes admission in hostels). Out of the above mentioned, sometimes college fees hike 500after taking admission in another semester. We don't get any kind of scholarship but, the college offers some scholarships for those students who were interested in civil service. For this scholarship, students have to pass an entrance, after qualifying for the exam they got the scholarship for preparation for the civil service through some coaching institutions. Some of our seniors got the job in my college without giving an extra interview which is conducted for the appointment of new employees or new teachers. Financially weak students were unable to pay all the fee amount get some relaxation in the fee.

My college conducts an annual fest in February. Before the college fest, my college conducts a 3 days induction program. In these 3 days, the college conducts interactive sessions, carrier counselling etc. Most books related to our course and syllabus were available in the library. Also some reference books, encyclopedia, daily newspapers(both in English and Assamese), magazines etc. Were available in the library. In January or February 1st week, the college organizes 3days sports week. Interested students can participate in various sports. During natural disasters like floods, we students used to raise funds for the affected people due to the disaster and donate them.
