I gave DMAT exam and guess i secured good marks to quality and got my admission in peoples dental academy.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, stipend is 2k per month although i do not know much about it as i am in second year only but i have heard my seniors talking about it.

Placement Experience

My college does not provide placement as none of the medical college provide placement. We have to look for our own jobs.

Admission

I got admission through DMAT, I gave that exam and qualified then i was call for screening and my interview was taken by a group of board members and faculty members though. It was not very good i was afraid i may not be able to qualify my exam. Then through post i got my admission letter in this college.

The college is close to my home town and fees is reasonable this two things influence me to choose this course. College prepare at its level but we have to prepare ourselves for each and every hurdle in practice and clinics. The teaching methods of college is very old and slow they should try new methods so that students also take interest in studies. Timing of exams are not fix they take exams any time , they take internals before 1 month of final exams , college not give us paper leave.

Course Curriculum Overview:

At BDS there is a yearly system of exams, but before that you have to go through internal exams [2 internal exams and 1 pre-university exam] and attendance is mandatory. One must attend all the classes to appear for an examination. Attendance must be above 75%.

People of people's university

The college , campus, faculties, supporting staff all are good. The environment in which we study is positive there is no negativity. Teachers motivate the students for the study and activities too. Many sessions was conducted for the student welfare. The student need to give the presentations in the class itself with the help of ppts by this student can built there confidence level. There is a library which we can use for study or we can make presentation in the college itself. Stationary was there for the students so that they do not found any difficulty.
