Genuine review for the sathyabama institute of science and technology

I have applied for GITAM, BITS but I have chosen Sathyabama over all these colleges, as the college is having good infrastructure and really delicious mess food along with good placements and faculty. I did not apply for any quota as it is deemed university. I have written its university exam. I got admission through that exam. In counselling, I asked them the Electronics and communication engineering. They have given them the course I asked for. There are no minimum marks or age criteria. It is an exam just based on the marks and ranking scored by the students.

I have chosen Electronics and communication engineering over all the branches as it is a booming course in the trend I was interested as well as it benefits us to go software and hardware side simultaneously. As well as I enquired that Sathyabama has a very good and talented faculty. For every 65 students, there will be a faculty member that is the ratio of the student faculty. In Sathyabama the faculty's qualifications will be according to their post. For junior lecturers, the qualification will be B.Ed. For senior lecturers and HOD's the qualification will be M.Ed. And the teaching method of the faculty will be very interactive long with the smart classes. For every semester there will be two internals and the difficulty level will be medium to pass the exams.

Many local companies and MNC like Wipro, cognizant offered internships with stipends. I have done internships on Rasberry pi etc. For the internships, I travelled to Sipcot IT park. There I did an internship on Arduino in SANDS.

For placements, in the 6th semester, students are eligible for placements. I have not attended interviews because of my health condition and as well as I was having arrears. The highest package is about 41 lakhs per annum. Almost 80 percent of people got placements. After getting my bachelors degree I was decided to do a course based on data science.

The fees structure at my joining of the college is about 2,80,000 for the first year along with the hostel fee. Actually, the tuition fee is 2,20,000 and the hostel fee is 60,000 which is quite reasonable. And for the 2nd and 3rd years the fee will be 2,25,000 without hostel fee as I didn't join hostel after 1st year. The hostel fee will be as usually 60,000 per year. And for the 4th year, the fee is 2,35,000. I didn't attend placements as I was not feeling at that time.

For every year the annual fest will be very grandly celebrated. And also in the first year, NBA conducted a tournament and that many celebrities came as guests for the tournaments such as Kajal Aggarwal, Naga Chaitanya, Abhishek Bachchan. The fest will be conducted every November month of the year. Many celebrities like Samantha, Tamanna, Vikram, Siva Karthikeyan, RJ Balaji, Priya Anand, Keerthi Suresh etc many celebrities attend the fest. The library is containing almost 1lakh journals along with a fully WiFi library to do research. The classrooms will be fully smart classrooms. In sports criteria, Our university supports almost every sport like kabaddi, kho kho, cricket etc.

For the hostel room, the accommodation will be for 7 people for a room having 2 bathrooms. The meals quality of the hostel is really wonderful and the menu will be on Monday there will be chicken curry, Tuesday there will be egg. On Wednesday there will be fish fry. Thursday there will be chicken biryani. On Friday there will be pure veg meals.on Saturday also there will be tomato rice and on Sunday again chicken biryani. Hostel facility is registered at the campus very easily. The PG, I was there on for the rest of the years are in navlur which is nearby the college. In navlur there will be many PG's available with good food and facilities.
