Jai's Review On Aryabhatta College Of Management, Ajmer

At Aryabhatta College of Management, I have applied to this college for MBA, as I have heard that it is one of the best colleges in Ajmer and graded A in BTU Rajasthan. I simply clear my RMAP and then went to the counsellor to get the admission process done. They guided me about the various courses which I could opt for.

I just want to get a job in MNC's for HR Recruiter and want to get the growth in such that department, Therefore I wanted to opt MBA degree in (HR, Finance). The faculty students ratio was 20:1. The faculties were highly qualified and too cooperative. Therefore I did not choose any other college in Ajmer. Tests were frequently taken and classes were also taken regularly.

I did my internship in Dhanik Bhaskar, Except for me, the remaining students did the internship from other companies like Toshniwals, Mahaveer groups etc. In Dhanik Bhaskar I worked as an HR recruiter where I was a team leader to accomplished given tasks within the time frame. I got a 10000 stipend for 2 months and the certificate they also helped me in for making the report. I was the most responsible and punctual candidate over there.

Generally, from the 3rd semester, students get opportunities from various MNC's companies like Toshniwals, Celsius, Satguru etc and they also conduct placement drives and job fairs. Candidates who get selected in MNC's get a 6-7 lac package for the initial level. the students who got selection have 80% . After getting the degree I Suppose to do a job in MNC's.

The fees were the same for both the years i.e, 45000/- there was no hike. I just want to do it for a future job, I was just doing it for the sake of the reputed job. They also provide scholarships for SC/ST / OBC(BPL)as per government norms The jobs from many companies were being provided like( Toshniwals, Satguru, HDFC, ICICI etc), Even I had given soo many interviews in such reputed companies.

In Aryabhatta they celebrate every festival like Garba, Women's day(Manaswani). Every year they conduct sports day and annual function and in annual function awarded the student of the year and the scholars of the particular year. They also celebrate plantation day (" Varksha Ropan"). There is an Eco-Club and the Rotary club which is run by the students.
