Personal Review about my college. REC Ambedkar Nagar.

Rajkiya Engineering College, Ambedkar Nagar offers admission to undergraduate (B.Tech) courses. Admission to the B.Tech course is done through the UPSEEE examination. For Undergraduate Courses (B.Tech): The admission will be based on the merit list of the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE). The candidates have to fill an online application form for admission to the REC, Ambedkar Nagar. The selected candidates should participate in the counseling process. After counseling, the candidates should report at the institute and get their documents verified. I have applied for I.E.T Lucknow but after counseling I got Rajkiya Engineering College Ambedkar Nagar.(737) without any quota At the age of 19 years. On the counseling day, we have to submit all the educational documents with, income ,cast and Domicile certificates.

I was interested to make my career in software engineering . That's why I enrolled in Information Technology discipline. Rajkiya Engineering College, Ambedkar Nagar is a government engineering college located in Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is a constituent college of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. Faculty members are well qualified professionals. Smart class facilities are available with well established labs and library. Faculty to student ratio is 1:15 The teaching methods used is upto the mark and students feel free to ask their queries even after the classes. Semester exams are conducted timely and are easy to moderate level.

We have done a one-month internship in Lucknow at CETPA Infotech. Many others in NTPC Tanda , BSNL Near the college campus I have done two projects during the academic year. Teachers support in completing our projects on time ,internal marks are given on the basis of projects and viva and assignments.

Placement is average you need to work hard to get placed in companies like byjus, adobe Infosys , Tech Mahindra and wipro and many like this visited every year. The highest package is of 9 lakh and average of 3 lakh per annum. Over 80 percent students got placed from IT branch.and almost 40% students got palced in civil and electrical branch. Got placed in multinational company.. After getting the degree I got selected in Infosys as a system engineer in off campus placement.

This college is Government College so course fees are less. Rs. 59000 is required for first year students for the institute fees if they want hostel then mess charge of about 30 thousands and hostel maintenance charges is 11 thousands.They never takes additional charges in order to secure an admission to your course

Many students run their personal websites and our college seniors are connected through Linkedin networks, social media groups. Avighna is the name of the annual fest, many other extracurricular activities are performed by the college. The campus is beautiful with parks, flower gardens, jim facility, playground, college canteen etc. The library is big enough to provide valuable, and useful learning materials with 24 hours availability. Around 50000 books are there in the library.
