Remarks
Firstly I applied for Delhi University and took admission but later on the merit list of our university was released . I got admission in BVSc course. Actually admission process is entirely based on the rank of the students in entrance exam. For admission in BVSc course the maximum rank must be 150. Admission process is based on counselling results. Counselling is done thrice for complete admission till the last seat.
Course Curriculum Overview
Ours is an yearly course. So final exams are held on once at the end of the year. But in between hourly exams are conducted. Obviously exams are difficult but the way the professor teach is really very nice. So we are able to pass each exam
Internships Opportunities
In our college we opt for internship after 4.5 years of the course. Students get a chance to do intership from IVRIs as well. During this interval they get to practice a lot with their seniors and also get an opportunity to learn various new and exciting things which may be helpful in their career ahead.
Placement Experience
Various companies visit the campus for placements and also the students are placed in very reputed companies. They also get an average salary in lacs. After getting the degree I would like to go to abroad for further higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
As ours is a government University to degree to be a veterinary doctor is extremely less as compared to other colleges. All the expenses are affordable. Also to the students who are unable to pay the fee certain scholarship are available to make their studies convenient.
Campus Life
Various societies are formed in our college which are entirely lead by students. Various societies are the vet society, blue cross society, kaizen vet society, chetna and many more. These societies work for the overall development of the students and also for the underprivileged families in the area itself.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are very nice. Two people live in one room. Rooms are equipped with bed and table nd chair for the students. Also almirahs are available. Each room has attached bathroom with proper things. Food provided in the mess is very nice and tasty. Each day the menu is different.
