Overall good but need some efforts in placements

Before I join this college, I had applied for subiramaniya college of arts and science, NGM college of arts and science, kamalan college of arts and science college but I choose Vidyasagar college and rejected other colleges because in this college I have more convenient to reach by time, and my friends and relatives were suggested me to join in this college than others colleges so, I applied and gone for admission in the college. I had received good responses from staff and faculty. and they provided me marks quota and reduced fees for my good marks. Good working by staffs while admission because they had finished the admission work in few minutes not more than 10 min, process of admission is made very easy by them and I got good responses to my questions while the time of admission.

I had chosen the course named bachelor of commerce .because it is a basic course to match with more jobs and it is easy to apply for government jobs so I had chosen it. Secondly, in our class, we are more than 40 students in class. In class, we have a spacious and comfortable sitting and having more peace and freedom while studying in class. Faculty members were well trained and teaching beyond their experiences. Reading methods used by professors were new to me and uses modern techniques while teaching for easy understanding for students while coming to the topic of exams, the method and structures of examination are totally different from board exams conducted by the state government. It is more difficult to study for exams. The concept to study is very hard in colleges.

local start companies were providing internship opportunities like kaleeswari industries, Gaurav saman Pvt ltd was providing some Opportunites. They had arranged many campaigns to improve to financial and communicative skills of the students.

From the 4th to 6th semester students have become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Google, Wipro, infotech, etc many companies were offering many job vacancies that are most useful for us. The average package was more than 3L per annum but the only disadvantage is only 15% of students were getting placements. My plan after completing degree is to start an business.

The fees structure of this college is very moderate while comparing to other colleges, worth for money. In college, I had got a merit scholarship but only at a discount of 20% from each semester fee. It is also only available if I maintain a score of more than 80 percent. I think it is a disadvantage. I am studying now so I have no ideas about financial assistance on campus.

there were many functions planned by faculties and students but due to pandemic situations, many functions were cancelled by management causing a small hesitation in the minds of students. In the library, there were many books and journals, magazines in the place. The books were maintained properly by librarians. Librarians were very friendly to students. nice approach by them

I had not faced any group discussion or interview or written test for admission. The admission process was very simple by the faculty. I had very happy while admission. No test, interview, group discussion were made while the time of admission. These things made me happier
