Internships Opportunities
Workshops are actively organised by the school to facilitate learning through interaction. SJMC has ties with leading media houses like Doordarshan, TOI, DNA, NDTV among many others where students are offered internships to enhance their employability skills and abreast them with latest developments in the industry. All the courses offered by SJMC are industry cater to the present industry needs and there is a special emphasis on hands-on training and research.
Faculty
The faculty boasts of eminent names like Prof. Ashok Ogra, Prof. K. Sreedhar, Prof. Malviks Kaul among others. All of them are drawn from various fields of media and are endowed with rich experience. Under their expert guidance the students have been successful in different activities undertaken in the duration of study. SJMC has its own radio channel Radio Styavani and a dedicated Youtube channel. The contents have been created by the students under the supervision of faculty in the School's own studio. The studio is replete with latest equipmentsto support various needs of filmmaking and broadcast.
