Remarks

I have applied for SRM-AP and VIT-AP. I have not secured a place in the branch I have opted for. So I took admission from the management quota in RVR&JC College Of Engineering and I choose BTECH-CSE since I am very much interested in that field.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose CSE as my major because I am interested in software. The faculty of RVR&JC College is well educated and are very friendly. Each and every lecturer is an expert in their own field. They teach very well and detailed that every student can easily understand the lecture. The semester end exams were held once every 6 months i.e, twice a year.

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 69400 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester i.e, 3rd year 2nd semester. TCS is one of the companies that offer many placements in our college. There are many other companies as well. The average package is 3.5lakhs per anum and the highest package depends on the potential of the student. If no campus placement is offered I plan to pursue a master in abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees are not much if you take admission from the merit list but if you take management quota it may be a little high. If your admission is through the merit list then you are eligible for scholarships to provide by the government. If you avail hostel facility, the fee is not covered by the scholarship since it only covers the college fee.

Campus Life

In our college, they conduct 3 main fests every year. Annual fest, Tech fest and Cultural fest. Usually, they are held in mid march. Tech fest is a completely technical based fest. The cultural fest includes competitions in music, dance etc. Other college students attend and participate in tech fest and cultural fest. The annual fest is for the students of our college and there are competitions between the departments of the college. There is a wide range of books & journals in our library. There are many clubs like NCC, NSS, SICO any many more.

Placements are very good For every year there will be almost 500+ placements in our college as the minimum LPA is 3 and maximum is 14-15 as per the last 3 years.very good placements as compared to other colleges

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chose mechanical (robotics). As they euipped with new equipment's of robotics I have inspired a lot and chose to go with this course. This course helps to understand the mechanical engineering an also robotics. It helps us to understand about the mechanism in hardware. It helps to understand about robot infrastructure and about drones. For this course if there is more depth in robotics subjects than it can better. The frequency and timing is good as they maintain a certain period of time gap between the exams and the difficulty level is also good. If studied for a week we can understand up to some level and have a chance to pass the exams.

College with pleasant sorroundings and good placements during 2020
