I applied to many colleges, including the college in which I am studying. During the counseling process. I applied for the OBC quota but due to covid-19 I failed to manage the new document and filled the old document during the counseling process. And they change me from OBC to General for the counseling process. So if I had an OBC quota then I will definitely benefit from selecting a good college or branch. Admission criteria are very simple, that you should pass the 10+2 standard. For B.tech lateral entry, one should have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in three years diploma. The admission process is well-organized, there is a big multifunction hall. There all teachers are present to help students with different difficulties. There they give a file in which the Student Name is written along with the branch you allotted during the Counseling process. Then students have to put required Documents in a series, and then get checked by the teacher present there. Then submit the file with the admission fee. Then take the recipe of the fee and also collect the ID card.

Course Curriculum is very good it is according to the AKTU University Lucknow. Faculty students ratio is excellent i.e 60-70 students in a class per faculty. Faculties are good they students not only in the course but also in different examinations. Most of the faculty in IERT are well Qualified and also many of them are Ph.D. holders. Faculty make course problems easy for students to understand. Every month there are sessional exams scheduled and at the end of the semester course, we have semester exams. Exams cover the entire syllabus and the difficulty level is above average. And if you cover the tropics which were taught in classes you can pass the Exams.

Campy placement is about 10%. In the seventh and Eighth semesters companies come to place students. Companies like Mahindra, TCS Infosys visit and placed Students. The highest package offered is 12 lakhs per annum. And the average package is 4 lakhs per annum. Many students go for Higher studies like M.Tech or preparing for other competitive Exams. After getting a degree I prefer for a good job.

The fees structure are like this that 63000 fees are taken for tuition and admission fee, and 8000 is taken for exams. So total 71000 rupees is the fees for One year. Hostel fees are charged separately which is also around 63000 per year. Students get scholarships from the government, whose parents are not in a government job. Scholarship name is Samaj Kalyan Scholarship. Fees are increased after a certain time according to the years passed. No financial assistance or campus jobs are given to students.

Campus Life is good. It has a very good environment around us. Friends Faculty and classmates are very good to help and sometimes we have lots of fun. Udhbav is the cultural fest held yearly, in the month of April. And one Technical Fest is also Organised named "Technovation". Various technical events are organized like C legacy, Smart Solution, and many more. Classrooms are well maintained have new furniture, proper lighting, and proper ventilation which makes our study focused. Sports activities are organized quite less than extracurricular activities. Extracurricular activities are organized from time to time. Various clubs and websites are also run by Students like the Alumni club which organized an event to interact with our past seniors.

Hostel infrastructure is old and the facilities are average. The rooms are enough big to stay. In-room you provided with lights and fans, one bed, one almirah. Meal quality is average menu is also average. Like one time it is good and over time average. The registration process is very simple. First, you have to give a written letter to avail for a hostel. Its fee is not so high, therefore the hostel is affordable.
