Because it has very good infrastructure and good campus. Good placement statistics. Well equipped labs across all departments. Around 13 departments are there in the campus. The campus size is around 50 acres. Good teaching faculty. It is autonomous college.
Course Curriculum Overview
I did course on Electronics and Communication. The course is perfectly designed to best fit the latest trend in the market. College will regularly have alumni meet to discuss about the quality of their course provided and they take any feedbacks from them who are working in product based companies. Faculties are very well trained and they know content very well. Faculty student ratio is around 1:20. Most of the faculties are PHD holders in their respective domains. The exams were very competitive. The type of questions in the the exams are very creative and top class. There will be 3 quizzes and 2 tests and 1 final semester exam.
Internships Opportunities
We had tie up with IISC. I did 2 months internship in IISC. It was great experience in the internship. It was the unpaid internship . I was working under the professor as Research intern. I was offered cognitive load detection task and I completed successfully the project.
Placement Experience
The placements is very good in our college. We will be eligible for placements from the starting of 6th semester. Cisco, Microsoft, Qualcomm, Cadence, Texas instruments, Nvidia, etc. The highest package was 50 LPA. The average package varies for every department. The percentage of people getting placed is greater than 90. I got campus placements and I'm doing job after college degree.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Scholarship is provided by the government for the eligible candidates. The campus placements are top class. It stands at 1st position in the entire Karnataka. there will not be much fee hike every year. I was placed in Wipro in core domain.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is great. There will be many department fest, cultural fears and annual fests. The fest will be very good . We will enjoy and learn a lot in the fests. The library is one thing I have to appriciate. It has all type of science and engineering books which are needed. They even have access to many journals like IEEE which we can access with free of cost. All classrooms are equipped with smart class. The sports activities are very good. I was part of cricket, rotaract club and Kannada Sangha clubs.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is very good. Boys hostel is in campus and girls hostel is outside campus. There will be separate buildings for all years . The 4th years will get single room for all without sharing. The people will get hostel facility if they don't live in Bangalore.
