Remarks

While searching about MCA institute I got to know about IMS group and IMS-G was a great platform for me to do my MCA course. IMS, Ghaziabad was among the top 15 institutes in India for overall 2020 rankings of "TOI". The institute is AICTE approved and holds NAAC accredition with Grade''A''. For admissions in the MCA programme of the institute merit list is prepared as per the UPSEE score of the students.

The reason for choosing MCA was quite clear for me as I always wanted to excel in the computer sector only. The institute not only gives theoratical content but the faculty members at IMS also help students in learning about practical implementation of their academic knowledge. I enjoyed my 2-years of MCA at IMS Ghaziabad as it took my self-esteem to an upper level.

Yes, I participated in the round and the offer as per I worked was automatically a great experience for me to learn about different work aspects of computer applications field. The stipend bagged by me was also a decent one.

Placement Experience

Our college is majorly known for its MBA programmes but MCA is also not behind in terms of placements. The PG programme received the highest package of INR 7.1 LPA while total participating companies were around 40. A total of 120 offers were made to these students and the average salary stood at INR 3.9 Lacs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Students pursuing their MCA programme at IMS Ghaziabad must pay a total fee of INR 2.67 Lacs for the 2 year course of Postgraduation in Computer applications. This fee structure is quite normal to MCA programme across the country but still the institute provides different merit and category based grants under specific criterias.

Campus Life

IMS Ghaziabad provides one of the best campus experiences in Uttar Pradesh for MCA. The quiz/debate/sports events, alumni and business conclaves along with Samagam are the most famous activities and IMS Ghaziabad. All such activities and events were organised by their respective clubs and committies while the Student council monitored all of them. The IMS library has nearly 50,000 volumes of books and journals covering different management fields.

Hostel Facilities

I did my MCA programme as a day scholar because I wanted to live with my family during my PG. The hostel facilities at IMS are good but as I haven't lived there I don't know much about the services at IMS, Ghaziabad.The hostel accommodation fee was nearly INR 75,000 per annum.

Admission

The seats are allocated for MCA admissions on the basis of UPSEE score of applicants. Along with it the 10,12 & graduation scores of applicants are also noted for shortlisting round after which seats are allocated as per the overall performance of candidates.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

My Biggest reason to choose this subject to I like art related work,so I choose this subject. One advantage of doing this subject is that along with art,you can learn a lot from other social and cultural aspect as well. There is a need to make some improvements in this subject such a a course should be of shorter duration and the syllabus should be made a little shorter. Whatever the exam,the subject should be made a short subject with less duration and should not be of long duration.

Comapny will visit in campus after September. And here alomst 80 to 85 company visit in this college. Likes hdfc, Dabur, icici, mother dairy, wipro, Infosys and many startup companies. And almost all student got job in campus. Last year highest package is 8.5 lacs and average package is 3.5 to 4 lacs. Here almost 90-95% student placed. In starting 5-8 years I make me financially strong and learn about market and condition. After I looking for a startup.

Untold diary of IMS Noida.

I had also confirmed admission in IMS ghaziabad but there was a problem that first thing this college is not in the market area this college was based on outerside in village where as IMS Noida is in the city area, noida. Other thing is that this college also provides drcc ( this is type of loan from bihar government to bihar students) students to get hostel ( provided by third party) in 4 lakh fees overall including academic fees. I wouldn't rejected from any colleges. Admission process of my college was very easy give the registration amount of 10000 and give the document of every compulsory paper and they will provide you the Bonafide letter of college of admission confirmation. Life at IMS where you get more than you invest.

I applied to galgotias university, Amity University, Bennett University, IMS gaziabad, DY Patil International University Pune and IMS Noida. I chose IMS Noida over others because the college gives good exposure for students to learn and the fees is also quite relevant. No, I was accepted in all the other colleges I applied for. Firstly i gave enterance exam of indraprastha university located in delhi . It is top rated university of delhi. I sit in enterance exam .
