RPET, It was one of the best college in Jaipur for Mechanical Engineering. All other private colleges are not so well in teaching as well as extra curricular and co-curricular activities.

At B.Tech level, It was affiliated with RTU Kota. The curriculum was almost same as other top technical universities. The difference will be in the teaching facilities. In SKIT Jaipur, It was not the Best but it was quiet better than other private institutions in India.

No, At that time it was not there. But now, I hope they are providing internships to students to work in research field.

Job opportunities are good at SKIT college. In year by year, it is increasing. Well reputed companies have been showing their interest in taking guys from SKIT like NBC bearings, BOSCH etc. Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T Infotech and many more. TCS also takes a big number from SKIT.

Annual cultural fest named as PRAVAH get celebrated every year. It is a three days event in which Technical , Non - technical, Sports , cultural and Art events take place. Many great personalities take part in it from different fields. Students get opportunity to manage a mega festival. Other than that National & international conferences, fair-well, Good luck party also organised by students.

Scholarships are given to toppers. Award money and prize money are also awarded to students on performance basis.

Yes , It is helpful. Every year Alumni meet held in the campus. People meet with their seniors and juniors. Get associated with each other and plans to work together in future.

It was Semester wise as usual in every engineering college. There are two MID SEMS in One Semester. The components wise Midsem is of 20 marks and Endsems are of 80 marks. Total Marks for the Semester comes to 1000. Out of 1000, 720 marks components are given by college itself.

It was based on the counselling basis. First step is to get appear in RPET. It was a state level exam for engineering. Now it is not there. Now JEE is only there. Appear in that , get a good score and apply for counselling. After the counselling process, one will be allotted a college. Every one can try for the second counselling.

Most of the faculties were Masters in their field. They were hardworking and learned. Head of the department was quiet learned and eminent personality. Senior Professors were also there. Industrial Experts were there to teach students and to explore the students with their experience.
