Admission are only done on the basis of reap process in three stages. The priority given to RBSE students more than CBSE students. Reap rank decided on the basis of your jee exam or 12th percentage In 2020 year the reap rank decided on the basis of 12th percentage only due to covid situation.

The teachers here are helpful but you must have zeal to learn and you have to prove it before the teachers. Teachers are highly qualified and have many national, state and international projects to work and research on. The course curriculum has been designed in a futuristic manner and it will never get outdated. In our college, placements for electronics and communication engineering are quite good. If you have the ability and eligible, then you can get placed in well-recognised companies like Tata Teleservices, Vodafone India, Samsung and Wipro. Most of our seniors are currently working in tech companies of Udaipur. As MBM Engineering College Jodhpur is a government college, and therefore placements are average on campus. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. Our college provides many internships to the students. Our college's students get internships in MNCs, national companies, Government departments like Railways, DRDO, IITs, NITs etc. Some students get internships in top MNCs. From the 8th semester, students become eligible for placement. Companies visited - HCL, TATA, Wipro, Oracle, Vedanta, Infosys, Adani, Aditya Birla groups, Ambuja, REIL, Metacube, Skilrock, TCS, HSL, Byjus, Aleppo, Adani. The highest package was 22lac. And the average package offered is of about 4-6 lac according to branch. As I was selected by Siemens Scholarship Program so I will have the recommendation letter from Siemens which will help me in placement and Siemens can also offer me a job at the end of my degree. The percentage of placement depends entirely on the branch like Mining has 100% placement. So overall Placement Percentage of college is about 35-45%.

From the 4th year of college, students are allowed for campus placements. We have all the service based companies like airtel, Goldman Sachs, TCS, Wipro, Adobe (hires only girls ), De-shaw etc. CSE department has placements %of around 85%+. I have a plan to get good placements either on campus or off-campus . Our college also provides on campus placement to the students. The placement ratio is different for different departments. In CSE and IT, most 90 to 95% of students get placed in companies. And in other departments, the average ratio is 55 to 60%. The highest package is 22 lakh per annum. In Mining Engineering almost a 100% placement ratio.

In our college, we have 2 types of branches which include GAS(Govt. Aided) and SFS(Self funded). In this GAS branches have a lower fees structure ( around 14000 per semester ) and SFS have comparatively higher fees ( around 40000 per semester ). The fees are very nominal and of course price worthy. We can apply for all the scholarships which are for AICTE approved colleges. In few cases, alumni also help some financially weaker sections by providing their fees. There is another section called TWFS which is for very economical weaker backward sections that is given to only 1% students ,in this fess is 5000 approx per semester

We have facilities like hostel, library beautiful campus, canteen, and cafeteria. There are good classrooms, separate departments, laboratory facility, computer center, sports facility, medical facility, cricket ground, cleanliness, and hygiene. We also have a basketball court, volleyball, football ground, a badminton court, and internet access. Extracurricular activities are also held. There are basic amenities and large campus girls hostel. We have an academic building. The gym is available, and there is a separate hostel for boys. We have labs for all departments with all old and new experimental instruments available which cannot be seen on any campus of Rajasthan. there are various clubs are also for coding,debate , tradition , culture.

Hostel facilities are not that good for girls because of a lack of maintenance. However, this year a newly built hostel is ready for girls and have all the facilities including a library, indoor games room. They provide 3meals per day and meal quality is not that good and the menu includes vegetable, chapati, dal and rice. In our college, Hostels facilities are also provided to students. Hostels are also good in our college. Some hostels in our college have their individual name and number. For first year students, 3 students per room and second and third year 2 students per room and in a final year per student per room is allowed. The wifi and Library facility is also in hostels.
