It was near to my home and the college is having good faculty.I have no other choice near my place and I have no quota. admission was based on 12th merit .minimus marks % is 45+.For all science, and commerce students.Smooth admission process.

BSCIT course is of three years and having 6 semesters. it is a totally practical-based course that is affiliated to HNB Garhwal University. All the faculties are having master's degrees in Technology from reputed universities.

Internships Opportunities

Internship available in HDFC,ICICI,HCL. In the last semester, we have to do a project-based internship. We can do it in our college or in companies, During the covid, we have done internships in college only.

Placements are good, companies like HDFC, HCL,Vivo.ICICI, Wipro are companies visited .placements are based on 10th 12th and graduation marks are required to get into any companies. All the seniors are well placed and our batch is also progressing.

the course is of 6 semesters and the per semester fee is apporox 20000. scholoship is given for SC,ST,OBC of uttarakhand domicile students. Other state are not elegible for any scholorship from the government of uk. Merit based scholorship is given.

Campus Life

Gunj fest is organized I the college during freshers programme. many other programs like quiz, essay, speech competition are organized in the college from time to time where every participant get certificates. The very good library where all the books and current magazines are available.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of my relative told me that this course have large scope, and bright future so my brother applied for this course and i did this course and now i realised that it is good but they do not provide placement we only rely on our own. I think college should conduct sessional exam on time and the external exam should be conducted in 6th month. Exam are not much difficult.. they are moderate level.

The course curriculum is quite good and easy to understand. Among all the subjects, I like Chemistry the most, and topics related to transition elements are my strong area. This subject increased my interest in the course and helped me understand concepts more clearly. I chose this course because I want to make my career in the teaching field, and the syllabus provides a decent theoretical base for that. However, this course is not very helpful in terms of jobs, internships, or skill development, as there are limited job opportunities after completion. There is scope for improvement in teaching methods, such as more interactive and practical-based learning. Exams are conducted twice a year on a semester basis, every six months. The exam pattern is manageable, and the difficulty level of the papers is moderate.

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.
