Ggct jabalpur

I have appeared for the jee mains exam and cleared the cutoff but didn't get any govt. College so I applied to Gyan Ganga college of technology Jabalpur, there are no such criteria for admission in the college. The admission process was quite good the really helped me and I got the admission very easily also I got 72%ile into jee mains by which I was able to get the tfw(tuition fee waiver) and I am paying only 12000 for the complete year.

I chose computer science because I am interested in that since before and also some of my family members told me that it is a good career option. The student faculty ratio is quite well I didn't find any issue with that. The faculties are very experienced and the teaching methodology is also very good. Term exams occur every month, the four months semester has two midterms and a semester exam.

Our College provides trainings and internships to the students so that they can get the industry knowledge and gain some work experience as it helps them to find their field of interests and they can learn new technologies before appearing for the full time campus placement. This year we are registered with aicte for various internship opportunities with a good stipend ranging from 5000 to 15000 for second year students.

Students become eligible for campus placement from the 6th sem itself and the companies visited includes amazon, Cisco, Wipro, jio, and many other. The number of offers made is 600+. The highest package of 32+ LPA was taken by pavitra Behre as a sde at Amazon and the avg package was 5+ LPA. I will also appear in the college placements and also will apply for off campus placements as well.

The fee structure for the computer science branch is 60000/- per year. Also, you can avail many kinds of scholarships like sc, st, obc, and other candidates may apply for tfw which is given according to the merit list. I am a general category candidate and I got tfw based on merit.

There are lots of fests that occur in the college like gyanotsav, Holi fest, techfest, and many more but I haven't attended any to date due to the pandemic. There are a lot of books available in the college library also the books are given to students every semester. The amenities in the classroom includes desks benches, a board, projector, and mainly every classroom has a source of fresh air and ventilation. There is a ground which includes football court, basketball court, cricket pitch etc and there are cultural societies and I got a good experience in extracurricular activities. Also, there is an ecell in which I am a member of the technical team and it organises various competitions which provide great exposure.
