JSS ATE review from JSS graduate

There are two ways of getting admission to JSS academy, the first is through upsee and the second is through jee mains. since JSS is one of the prestigious colleges in Noida for BTech you need to score at least around 3000-7000 rank in upsee exam. I got a rank my around 5000 is this was the college I got in counseling. There are 5 rounds of counseling at first I got elec branch but in the 2nd round, I got IT branch and that continued on for others round so I took the IT branch in JSS academy.

I chose the course because it is always a great job opportunity. The faculty-to-student ratio is pretty decent. The faculty is very humble and supportive they help you in every way they can. The faculty also helps students in their personal projects in this course. exams were held when the syllabus was half complete and then after the completion of the syllabus, there were 3 sets of exams held before the university exam. The level of exams was of the level which enabled us to clear the university exam without any difficulty.

There are not many companies that provide stipends on internships but some companies provide a stipend of 15000 per month in the second year such as Microsoft and Samsung. The projects are based on Data structure and Algorithms.

The on-campus placements start in the 8th sem. The companies that give the opportunities on campus are Amazon, Tcs, Adobe, Wipro, BirlaSoft, Hcl, Dell, and many more. The average package is around 3.5 lakhs. The highest package is of Amazon around 30 lakhs. Around 75% of the students get placed every year on-campus and many students apply for off-campus jobs.

The total fees of the course were around 5.5 lakhs. The first year's fees were 141000 in which 8000 were for wifi 5000 for counseling, 8000 for book bank, 8000 for security, 112000 for tuition fees, The fees for all the other years were the same 1.27 lakhs. The average on-campus salary is around 3.5 lakhs. UP scholarship is provided by the UP goverment the money given is around 50k-56k for general.

Zealicon is the name of the annual fest it is mainly dedicated to science and creativity. The fest lasts for 4 days 2 days technical and 2 days non-technical and on the last night, there's a DJ night. Honestly, I regret that I'm a graduate now and I can't enjoy these fests anymore. There are many clubs in the college managed by the students. I was in the coding club all the seniors used to help the juniors with their problems in every way possible. Many competitions are organized by the clubs in which the winning amount is also given. The libraries are well equipped and the labs are well maintained. The ground is also very well maintained.
