College management was not up to mark. I hated those people. They were always like don't do this don't do that.
Entrance Preview
VITEEE. It was a nice and easy test. My rank was in 2560. I was very happy. I also got a scholarship. The admission process was hectic a little bit but it was worth it.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was ok. It wasn't like research-based and mostly based on marks. I got a little stressed out when my terminals were going bad. But I managed to keep up my grades. It was very tough in the beginning but I got it right in the ending. Physics was quite over the head for me and my electives weren't good. But I think college did a great job in making it tough for us.
Placement Experience
As far as placements are concerned, more than 300 companies came for campus placements with 5 major IT companies. I got offers from 4 companies, namely, TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, and Accenture. Almost every single student gets a placement at the end of their degree and that is something that is worth lauding.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is feasible if you earn a scholarship. It's a very tough competition but one can do it easily by studying hard. Total fees were around 1. 35 lakh for me. It was including everything like a hostel, mess charges, tuition fee, misc. All the payments were through DD. But it all was worth it.
Exam Structure
Exams and labs were quite good. Scholars mostly spend their time in classes though. Lab visits aren't frequent. They only get that chance during or near their finales or while preparing for files. No research is carried out while the free time of students.
Faculty
The faculty was very good and hard working. Professors are great and help a lot. They made me feel at home. They were very helpful. Particularly our Kumar Sir was very nice. They helped us a lot. N their seminars were just so fabulous. Some teachers weren't up to mark but overall it was ok.
