Comes under Top 30 in India for a reason!

I applied to 3 colleges viz. KJ Somaiya, FORE School of Management and TAPMI. In the first round of selection, I got admission into the FORE School of Management and KJ Somaiya and was waitlisted for TAPMI. In the second round, I got admitted into TAPMI then I left FORE. Reasons for choosing TAPMI over the other two were (These are solely based on my research and findings) - Strong Alumni Base, Better Brand Value, Robust Academics and Placement report. The admission process at TAPMI was very smooth. I had one moderated GD in a group of 6 followed by a personal interview of 20 minutes in which behavioral questions were asked only.

TAPMI is famous for its experiential learning and I am highly satisfied with the over curriculum and faculty teaching methods. At present we're having online classes which is a non-solvable problem as of now. But it is no hindrance to our day-to-day learning.

Top recruiters for internships are - GEP, Deloitte, Brillio, ITC, Asian Paints, TCS, Gartner, etc They come up with different roles of Consulting, Marketing & Sales, Digital Marketing, Market research, etc.

The internships process starts from September end and there are various interview workshops, resume workshops, and different career counseling activities. The placement figure of the 2019-2021 batch is - Avg CTC - 11.2 LPA Highest - 25 LPA (PPO)

The Course fee is Rs 7.55 lakh per year excluding the hostel fee. The hostel fee is 1.55 lakh for the first year and 1.65 lakh for the second year. Since we're studying online at present hostel fee is not charged from us. There are different categories in the scholarship section which you'll either find on their website and would be cleared more once joined. Placement at TAPMI is going well, even during pandemics there were numbers and every year many new organizations are recruiting.

The infrastructure and student life are top-notch. There are more than 30 clubs and committees to join, there are festival celebrations and sports activities. The library is full of all types of book category and the Bloomberg finance lab is something to look after.

We have not experienced our hostels yet since we are in an online mode as of now but as heard from the seniors and alums. The hostel rooms are decent double sharing with attached washrooms and A.C facility. The electric charges are separate though. Regarding the mess the reviews are not that good you need to struggle with the food for an initial few days.

There was a moderated GD followed by a personal interview. In the Moderated GD, our topic was to discuss the new National Education Policy. The personal interview round was more of a behavioral round where there were situational questions.
