Remarks

Admission criteria are, all you had to do was register yourself for appearing for the CET and post results you can opt for your favourite College according to your rank. Minimum marks were 50% in 12th. And the process for admission was seamless.

Course Curriculum Overview

Always wanted to go business administration so I opted for it. There are 5 teachers in a class of 50 students so that made it 1:10. Teachers are very well qualified, and many of them have PhD. Exams are taken topic wise and if you've studied quite thoroughly they are pretty easy.

Internships Opportunities

Not aware of companies related to internships and stipend n all but have heard many students go for internships provided by internship cell. Not aware of projects, outcomes and any other task regarding that.

Placement Experience

Students can get placement from college in the 5th and 6th semester Not aware of companies that visited and no offers were made. The highest package offered was 8 lakhs and avg is about 4-5 lakhs in BBA. In every class, 5-6 students get jobs from college placement. Planning to get into the family business.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are just like any other college. And fee hike occurred along with other colleges with the notice of IP University, apart from that cost of the study is nothing much. Scholarships are not that I'm aware of as such.

Campus Life

The annual fest is Anugoonj happens in February. Book and other study material is provided by the college itself and the library has very much everything you would need Fully equipped and air conditioned classrooms. Many extracurricular activities are there in college and sports facilities are provided. Drama society, bhangra society, management club, finance club, literature club.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.
