Remarks

We had to fill an application for which consisted of basic details along with 2 essays. Then the GD and English Proficiency Test. Then the final interview. I was waitlisted around 300+ but got converted in the 5th list.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty student ratio is 1:10. Most of the classes were case discussions which helped to understand deeper views. Not yet done with term exams. The curriculum is well planned and everything is followed as scheduled.

Internships Opportunities

There are almost 120 companies coming to the campus for internships. The average stipend offered is 30,000 per month. There are many roles offered based on the student's majors and minors. The students can also participate in many live projects as per their interests.

Placement Experience

We have a Campus placement committee that looks after the placement process. The highest package offered was 25 LPA and the average was 11.8 LPA. There is a 100% placement record for both internships and final placements. The placement season normally starts between the 4th and 5th trimesters.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college does provide various scholarships for students. They have tie ups with the banks to provide loans. We are still undergoing the internship process. There is no fee hike till now. Ramdas Pai merit scholarship provides aid for deserving students.

Campus Life

There are almost 40 committees on campus. We can select any one of them based on their interest. As the classes are going online, still do not have any idea about the campus or the classrooms. I Will update once the offline classes are started. We have all the extracurricular and sports activities at the campus.

Hostel Facilities

The rooms are properly ventilated with attached washrooms. Every room has an AC and 24 hr hot water facility. 2/1 sharing accommodation. Food is good and has a large variety to cope up different people from different geographies. The registration process was easy and an hour process.

Hostel Fee: INR 155000 per year

Interview Experience

4.5

Yes, there was a GD and an interview. The topic we got was Globalization. The moderator moderated the GD by giving chance for everyone to speak. It was a good experience. The interview was more of a behavioural type. The question asked for me was, What is the biggest help you have done to someone in your life.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
