I applied for srk university but the campus was small and seniors told me that colleges don't provide placements. No, I don't have a quota. For admission, minimum marks are 33% and age 18 years. Before the pandemic process of admission was offline I contacted the administration block of rkdf University they called for verification and checking certificates after checking they found me eligible to take admission.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because it has a lot of scopes both in private and government jobs, also my sister and father studied this course and provide me with a lot of guidelines. Faculty will be less than students. Good thing is that they are available all time in needy. Don't know much about qualifications but some faculty I know they have PhD degree of physics remote sensing. They teach us in a very efficient way no harsh behaviour always try to get understood by all, share pdfs and books. Term exams are held every six months, it's not that difficult to pass unless someone sits in the exam without even knowing the topics that sir taught.
Fees and Financial Aid
As per other private college fee structure is almost the same. Our college provides scholarships to minors. Provides financial assistance to those whose only source of income is affected due to some reason or family member died and lost the person who used to make money. Honestly, I got no job on campus.
Campus Life
Campus life is amazing, the campus is big and lovely to explore. We invite good singers during winter vacation, like last year guru Randhawa came in November. Then we have a technology fest during summer, a lot of robotics and new technologies are displayed like an exhibition. There is an adequate amount of books and journals available in the library. Good and great furnished classrooms with proper ventilation. Most of the outdoor games are available like we have tournaments in cricket, volleyball, basketball. There is a small club run by hostlers for video gaming like bgmi and cod.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is good always neat and clean only thing is that there is no restroom attached to the room, each floor has two common restrooms. The Mess system is good we have 2 separate mess systems for both non vegetarians and vegetarians. Provides three times meal, tea is always available at mess any time. For registration to get accommodation in a hostel is quite easy, juat have to contact the head of the hostel, he will take details and provides a room, takes fees of 5000 per semester.
