It was wat+pi, with wat topic being a current affairs topic and pi being around my work and why MBA. The interview was grilling with a lot of questions asked about the MBA program how does it match my future goals and tested my knowledge or decision of becoming a manager. They will grill you on the industry that you have worked in by asked you all about the recent trends, challenges way forward for the industry. Being prepared for every minute detail is key to cracking the interview. The term exams are comprehensive and one final exam doesn't define your fate it's a combination of multiple kinds of stuff like quizzes, projects, class participation, presentation in the class, and a lot of others. The faculty to student ratio is great here and every faculty is reachable and very helpful. Some of the best faculty teach us the concept hence keeping pace with them can help an individual going in the long run. Faculty have worked in the industry for a very long time and hence have a great network which they leverage to bring great industry speakers as guests to enhance the course delivery.

Internship opportunities are ample and are of good quality with great learning and monetary benefits. Generally, the IIM grads are in huge demand in the market so getting a decent internship is not a problem for our students.

Placement offers are great with last year's average being 13.2 LPA. Many great companies visit our campus the details of which can be obtained from the annual placement report. The college takes care of each and every individual placement responsibility till the very end.

The assistance is great with a lot of training and helps provided from the placement team external hired agency with multiple rounds of cv review, interview preparation gd preparation tips and mock group discussion are mock personal interview and lot more. The scholarship is provided to people who are looking for the same.

The annual management fest is solaris, the annual cultural fest is audacity and the annual sports fest is utkrisht. There is a 32 student-run council which includes clubs from functional to social to reverential stuff so a lot of opportunities to gain real-life management experience.

We are provided single room accomodation with all the basic amenities like an air conditioner, table chair almirah bed with mattress. There is a common kitchen area on each floor with an induction microwave washbasin also fridge and kettle.

Yes, we did face a written test as in wat and a pi i.e. personal interview. These two form the basis of any admission process and are core to the selection. The wat and pi are generally conducted on the same day followed by a document verification process.
