Remarks

The admission process is very thorough due to the limited 550 seats in the college. Admission Criteria involves entrance exam marks, marks of 10th & 12th standard, group discussion & personal interview. Passing in an English proficiency test is mandatory but its marks are not counted. One must have 50% in undergraduate.

Course Curriculum Overview

TAPMi is 40 years old bschool which is very well reflected in its curriculum. The reason for choosing the course is it gives me holistic view of entire management and electives present such as brand management, business analytics etc are very instresting. Student faculty ratio is 10:1. Don't worry exam as they are easy to pass. You just need to be attentive in the class.

Internships Opportunities

537 Internships for the year 2020-2022 batch were provided, achieving 100% internship even in the pandemic time. An average stipend is around 24K and the maximum stipend is 1,20,000. Internships are provided for almost every sector of the market.

Placement Experience

College placement starts in September end. Around 100 companies visit TAPMI for recruitment. The average salary of PGDM general is 11.3 lakhs per annum for the 2019-2021 batch while averaging for PGDM BKFS, PGDM MSM, PGDM HRM were 10.7lpa, 10.3 & 9.3 respectively. TAPMI holds the record of 100% placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for PGDM is 15 lakhs, 7.5 lakhs per annum. Hostel fee is 1.55 lakhs for first year & 1.65 lakhs for second year. 50 scholarship are given on the basis of merit which costs around 2.25 crore, high chances of getting it if you score well in mba exams. Other scholarship & rewards are given for outstanding performance in academics.

Campus Life

Atharva is the college's annual campus fest which is conducted in January. TAPMI has a world-class library facility comprising of three floors constituting over 3000 books and 130+ national & international journals. Sports played in TAPMI are volleyball, basketball, cricket, table tennis and badminton. TAPMI has total 30 commiteies & clubs

Hostel Facilities

TAPMI has 5 hostel blocks. Each room has a wardrobe, study table & chair, 24-hour electricity supply, solar powered hot water facility. TAPMI has residential programs, hence it is mandatory to stay in a college hostel. The facilities provided in the hostel are great. College's canteen provides good quality food at affordable prices.

Interview Experience

The admission process comprises group discussion, personal interview & English proficiency test. The topic of group discussion is current business news and topics related to them. You can prepare for basic interview questions from youtube. Some interview questions are resume specific.

Nice MBA experience with an aesthetic campus and good placements.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placements in Alliance University is average to good. From the end of third semester students are eligible for sitting in campus placements.The average package for an MBA student is 6 LPA .The highest package for our batch was 24 LPA

Placement Experience:

As iibs is providing good college placements with average package of 9.45 lakhs and highest package of 48 lakhs So don't need of focusing outside the college for placement I think iibs is provided better placement opportunities

Bridging the gap

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Good learning experience with Decent Internships opportunities

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

The title of my review were nice i have explianed my college pros and cons by completing two years of my graduation .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because to get good knowledge like finance and accounts marketing and sales in two years of my masters . The circulum was well prepared me in completing two years of my graduation by studing in my academic subject. There should be some changes need to be made by improving the course circulum and teaching methods like time table of exams class room time table College timings etc Yes the timimg of exams were not so easy it was very hard for me to go to college it was so far to go from home but the college has no buses facility and i have already try to reach so early.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Practically 80% of my 2020 batch was given job offer by top recruiting organizations like Amazon, iGate, Accenture, HCL, Infosys, Wipro, DE Shaw & Co. Typically the average package they offered to people was around 3- 4 lakhs and the highest was way up to 10 lakhs. Our College possessed an active location cell that functioned hard to provide recruitment and other job opportunities to us.
