Tapmi- Review

It was really great. Started with GD and was followed by an interview. 4 candidates are in GD and there are 2 panelists/ professors and the same in the interview panel. The topic of my GD was Jugaad: innovation or necessity.

Faculty are very experienced and teach with new methods using case studies, presentations. Faculty members are very helpful and provide with all the material. Quizzes are taken regularly and video assignments and presentations are given.

Many good companies come for internship opportunities and provide with good roles and projects. They hire for sales intern and intern role in a marketing course and give training for internship and software.

Placements in college are good with an average package of more than 10 lacs pa. From 2 year students are eligible for placements. The campus provides 100% placement. TCS, icici bank, sun pharma, etc come to campus for hiring.

College fees are the same compared to other B schools in India but colleges provide with good curriculum and software. In first-year companies come for internships and give stipends also. So we need to prepare accordingly.

Because of covid, the classes are going online. But the campus is now calling us with all the precautions classrooms are equipped with a projector. LIME in TAPMI organizes various cultural fests and there are many other committees that organized different competitions.

The hostel facility is really good and the room is twin sharing and provides all amenities wifi. Food is coupon-based and has good quality and the menu is pure veg. With good quality food and cleanliness.

Yes. I have given XAT and through XAT I got qualified for TAPMI and first give the WAT and after that GD and interview. I have seen what topics can be good for GD given in some B schools, read some current affairs.
