The admission process is quite Smooth to be fair you are informed a week prior to your GDPI. 1st round is of Gdpi, the topic is given the spot. I suggest you read up a lot for this, second step is the personal interview followed by a basic English proficiency test.
Course Curriculum Overview
Term exams were quite tough, to be honest, to get good grades in the b schools exam, one must study really hard. Timeline of the exam was also very rigid and cannot be taken lightly at all. Usually happens at the end of every term.
Internships Opportunities
Various companies for their many domain-specific roles come to the campus for summer internship opportunities. A few of the prominent companies that have come to the campus are Wipro, Gartner, Jp Morgan, and Chasis.
Placement Experience
Students from 4th-5th semester become eligible for placements, almost 100% of the batch gets placed salary offered by the companies is also very good. Some of the recruiters that regularly visit the campus are KPMG, Deloitte, Titan, ITC, and many more.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for a two-year PGDM- The marketing program is roughly around 1500000. (Hostel fees not included in this). And on the scholarship front, DR. Ramdas Pai's merit scholarship is there, which is worth over Rs 2 crores in total and is given to approximately 50 students.
Campus Life
To be honest, due to the covid 19 pandemic our batch is yet to go to the campus, institute has already given us an option to whether to come to the campus or to continue studying in this online world. But as I have heard from the others and seen it in the video Tapmi has a very beautiful campus.
Interview Experience
Yes there were 3 rounds basically, 1) Group discussion 2) personal interview and 3) English proficiency test. Preparation strategy was just to be updated on the current news and happenings and for a personal interview make sure to work on your communication skills and be as confident as you can be.
