Colleges I had offer includes TAPMI, WELINGKAR, GLIM, FORE, IFMR, LIBA, KJSOM I chose TAPMI over another college not just for the sake of ROI but the value of learning that I will be getting during the entire 2 years of journey. TAPMI is more into practical learning rather than classroom learning. I really liked the pedagogies of TAPMI. The main reason for joining TAPMI is the quality of learning and the actual MBA experience through its experiential learning strategies.

I chose PGDM General as I want to explore and learn all aspects of the business so that I would be able to implement the same in real business. In Tapmi, this year we have a total batch size of 503 with diversity. All Faculties were P.hd and even more high qualified studied from reputed universities and I really liked their way of teaching. The way they structured their outline. This year we have a primer session for each course to strengthen our basics. After every 10th session, we have quizzes and for every session, we have the opportunity for class participants to make sure that everyone getting an opportunity to express their views. Term exams were not started yet but they will be very soon.

A lot of live projects and companies come every year for Summer Internships such as Deloitte, Wipro, Gartner, Nestle, EY etc. Most of these companies offered PPOs. Their roles offered includes sales, consulting, analyst, risk advisors, marketing specialists e.t.c with stipends ranging from 30k to 1 lakhs.

From Second Year, We will be eligible for campus placements but there are a lot of companies like Deloitte, EY, Gartner who offered PPO during a summer internship. This year's average package was 11.5 lakhs and the highest package was 21 lakhs. There are 100% placements for students.

It's really worth joining this institute. joining this college was the best decision ever I made in the past. Their course fixed are fixed but they should lower their hostel fees as it is a bit expensive. We have a total of 10 merit awards in TAPMI where students are getting 30% fees waivers off. A lot of good companies are coming to our campus as it's only 1 month and 2 companies already came to offer summer Internships: Gartner and JPMG.

As this year we are still having classes attending from home. Though after joining, This month They have organized a grand event DISHA most awaited event at TAPMI where business leaders from different companies came to our campus to interact and we have conclaves for these events. There were a lot of committees and clubs some of them were CCT, PLACECOM, Omega, Samnidhy e.t.c. TAPMI has a separate live project for sustainability named the "SEVA" committee.

Not much idea about hostel facilities as we are at home as per prospectus we were provided with single occupancy room with all basic amenities along with separate bathrooms. As it is full residential so, a hostel is mandatory for every student. The hostel will be allocated randomly to every student. There are separate hostels for Boys and Girls.

GD Topics were more about current affairs. If you are planning to join by next year then I will recommend being updated with current affairs. Interview questions were related more to behavioral aspects. And from this year they introduced EPT Test which is the English Proficiency Test which was very easy to qualify for. The evaluation criteria are the consolidation of Profile, GD, Interview, and EPT.
