TAPMI, a brief description.

Basically, i applied for PGDM Core and PGDM Marketing, but i was able to convert only PGDM Marketing, so for admission, i would like to explain it stepwise: 1) Fill the application form. 2) Bring proper cat and xat score i.e 85+ %ile. 3) after receiving the call appear for GD and PI 4) Final shortlists come, pay your fee, and join in the program.

The course curriculum is well structured and designed according to Industry requirements, Most of the faculty are Ph.D. Holders and very helpful in nature. The curriculum followed in TAPMI is very rigorous and it changes you as a person, so if you are lazy it is going to become hell for you.

Many companies come for internship and they provide good profile such as accounts manager, project manager, sales manager, team leads, etc. every student get to learn something during their internship, they get a taste of the corporate world.

during the end of first-semester summer placement starts, average summer's stiped is approx 24000 per month, there are many opportunities provided to the student and almost everyone gets placed in summer intership, For final placement, many big companies come and offer attractive packages most packages range between 8-15 there are few outliers who grab 20 or 25, but through competition.

Total cost of study Includes - Academic fee + hostel fee + Eletricity bill + Mess charges + Personal expenses. so, basically 1520000+300000(2yrs)+ variable + 120000(appox) + variable =1940000, so total expense comes around 21-22 lakhs. Scholarship worth 2.9 crores is provided, which is Dr. Ramdas Pai scholarship provided to 50students.

Basically, a few of the large events are ignite, Disha, annual events etc. Also, there is a total of 26 committees, which organize different fun and educational events all around the year, to name some ignite and disha. You'll get many opportunities on the campus that is for sure, as i am going to college for the first time next month, then i will be able to share much more, but what got to know from my seniors is it has one of the best classrooms in the country, it also has well-furshished hostels. cleanliness is also maintained.

All the rooms on campus are air-conditioned, the whole campus is wifi enabled, and you can get everything you need on campus, i don't have an idea about the meal provided but heard it is decent, not very good neither very bad. The fee of the hostel is 155000 in the first year and 165000 in the second year.

Yes, full extensive process is followed, GD round and PI round. Well for my preparation i read general knowledge, prepared questions such as why MBA, why tapmi?, why marketing? etc. coming to criteria, you need to have 60% + in 10th,12th, and undergraduate, you also need valid CAT,XAT Score i.e 85% +.
