Internship at TAPMI

I applied for 4-5 colleges out of which TAPMI was the best thus appeared for the interview. The admission criteria were minimum 80%ile with max students being from an engineering background. The counseling day included GD and PI which was very smooth in the process.

The course curriculum is rigorous and always you are swamped up with assignments that build your skills in dealing with pressure. Faculties are very knowledgable and they have great experience in what they teach. The system of exams was strict and proctored.

The internships offered are in the field of marketing, finance, HR, etc and job role offered are sales interns, etc. Stipends vary from company to company, our internship has not yet been started but it is said that everyone gets the internships.

There are various students who have even got PPO's and the placement percentage is 100%. My plans after getting the degree is to implement the different pedagogies that i learned at the college and implement it in business perspectives.

Due to the hike in COVID-19, there was no increase in fees and the college has not been started yet. The scholarships will start in the second year dispersed in categories based on percentile and annual income.

As I am in the first year the college has not yet been started and we are learning through the online process. The availability of book due to online was done through moodle and the classrooms are quipped with latest technology.

We have not yet been to the hostels but i believe hostel costs are high as it does not include the food and electricity cost. It is paid on a per-usage basis. The hostel is located in the campus itself as it is a residential program.

As it was COVID-19 all the process was taken online. The topic for GD was how has the technology changed due to covid and the interview round was very smooth. I prepared for the interview by knowing about myself.
