My genuine opinion on RVR & JC College Of Engineering

I had applied for gudlavalleru college of engineering but thought my college(r.v.r &j.c college of engineering) was better than that and joined here. I have not availed of any quota for admissions. As I am in computer science and engineering, the minimum marks are above 60 out of 160 in ap eamcet. And the age as per government that is 26. My admission process is through counseling of ap eamcet (online). The process involves applying to online counseling and the colleges are allotted according to our preferences and our ranks.

As I'm very passionate about computer science, I choose computer science and engineering. And our college is one of the best colleges for this program. Our college implement one of the best teaching methods that are flipped teaching method to get more interaction and attention of students to the course. We had the best, well experienced, eco-friendly faculty who are just awesome. All our faculty are qualified and had experience of more than 20 years. In this pandemic situation also, they were conducting our online classes and exams up to date.

Our college provides internships and also we gain a lot of experience through these internships. And this would be a better experience for students to gain jobs later. College provides projects from the second semester of the third year. These projects are done by students in groups and gain work experience through group discussions.

Students are eligible for placements from the second semester of third year. Some of the companies that visit our college are TCS, NQT, Infosys, Wipro, ITC and Technovert. These are well reputed companies and provide better packages. The highest package offered by the companies is 10 lakhs. And minimum package offered by the companies is 3 lahks. Nearly 80% of the students get placed every year.

Our college fee is 69,400 per year. Our college is student-friendly, it provides so many scholarships for students like poor and merit which has given a scholarship of 20,000 for 1463 students that is an amount 2,35,00,000 till now.

Our college conducts an annual fest every year. It is named as youth fest. This includes three fests namely technical fest, sports fest and cultural fest. Students take an active part in these activities and showcase their talents and skills. This is a great platform for them to build their career. And our classrooms arw provided with wide range of facilities like projectors, black board and all.

Our hostels are well equipped with many facilities and also we are provided with solar water plant, purified water plant, self-locked almirahs and study tables. The registration process is simple and is quick. Just needs to fill the application and submit it. The meals provided are nutritional and are tasty.
