Life in BVRITH

After my 12th, I have appeared for TS EAMCET exam and had given options of the colleges which I found good to join through web counseling and fortunately got allotted to BVRIT HYDERABAD College of Engineering for Women

As BVRITH is affiliated to JNTUH the end term and mid term examinations will be conducted according to the JNTUH calendar, there will be two mid term examinations and it consists of subjective and objective papers and both the papers will be set by the college professors only. The end term examination question paper will be set by JNTUH and students have to go to other colleges to take up the exam as per JNTUH norms, one can easily clear both mid and end-term exams easily If they follow the classes from the beginning and the college library provides a wide variety of textbooks for the students which not only help them to clear the exam but also to gain a more clear understanding on the subject

Companies like Amazon, Bank of Newyork Mellon(BNY), Adobe offers internship to students of 3rd year and it will be for 6 months with a stipend 55k - 60k. Students will be mostly offered a developer role during these internships (again this may be differed according to the requirement of the company)

The management provides excellent placement opportunities to its students, students with no active backlogs will become eligible to placements from 4th-year 1st semester. Capgemini and DXC are mass recruiters and many other companies like Accenture, Socgen, CGI, Qualcomm etc visit campus and hires students based on their requirements. Every year 70-80% of students get placed. The average package during the year 2021 was 4 LPA and the highest package was 26 LPA offered by Flipkart SDE role

The college fees were 65000 during my enrollment (2017-2021), but it has now become 98,000 (2021 onwards). I got a reimbursement of 35,000 rupees from telangana government and there were fees from my friends who got full reimbursement as they secured rank below 10,000 in TS Eamcet. Apart from this the college also provides some reimbursement every year to the students who are financially not well. The management is excellent in providing the placements and internship oppurtunities to its students. The internship oppurtunities start coming from 3rd year 2nd semester and full time placements from 4th year 1st semester. Many students clear the placements and land up in jobs before completing their final year (all thanks to the placement team of the college and the trainings provided by them). The average package during my final year was 4 LPA, the highest was 26 LPA(Flipkart).

There are many social groups and clubs run by students. MIRAKI (Literature Club), SARANG (a club for arts), Magnum Opus ( club for sketching), NSS ( social group) and all these clubs conduct events regularly and provide students an opportunity to hone their leadership, communication, interpersonal skills
