Remarks
The admission process was extremely smooth. The candidate gets a logic ID and password from the institute. The portal contains all the guidelines for registering for a particular course. It begins with the candidate selecting the domain, PGPM or PGPM-HR depending on their eligibility. Post that a personal data form is to be filled by attaching all the relevant proofs. The last section is where the candidate has to pay the term-1 fees. This is how online registration takes place. Once in college, the candidate is expected to submit the hard copies of all the proofs until then the admission is considered provisional.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses are designed such that it gives holistic know-how about the management side of the business. A student enrolled for the PGPM program has to complete a total of 96 credits (51 in First-year and 45 in the second year). The student-to-faculty ratio for the PGP courses is around 15:1. All the faculty members are extremely qualified in their respective areas of expertise with many holding masters and PhD degrees from reputed universities across the globe. The pedagogy is case-based with ample opportunity to present one's insights during the lectures in the form of class participation. As far as the exams are concerned, there are several quizzes spread across the trimester (a total of 6 trimesters are there), with a mid-term and end-term examination in each trimester.
Fees and Financial Aid
PGP program being a 2-year residential program, the fees include tuition, library fees, other facilities, hostel, mess fees, which have to be paid collectively at the beginning of each trimester, which comes somewhere around 3 Lac per trimester.
Campus Life
The campus life is extremely vibrant and is filled with ample opportunities for learning and growing with peers. One gets to be a part of various academic and non-academic clubs and committees. Life is pretty much occupied with multiple activities happening throughout the day. Especially in terms of the infrastructural capabilities, the campus is very updated. It has a dedicated sports complex with several indoor sports options and outdoor sports options, swimming pool and more.
