Remarks

The minimum criteria for admission are you have to qualify for your 12th exam and also eligible age criteria. There is two way for admission on the basis of Jee main exam and direct admission on the basis of 12th marks.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty: students ratio per semester is 10:40. All faculties are well qualified for teaching and their teacher method are good. There is 2 semester exam and in each semester exam, there are 2 midterm exams.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are company like TCS, INFOSYS and many starts-up companies came for hire the students for internship and they give stipend from 1000-25000. There are many real world projects made by our seniors. I didn't made any project.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total college fee and the examination fee is around 360000 and if you avail hostel there the fee is 40000 per semester. There are many scholarships available like Merit-cum-means scholarship and on a mark basis.

There are many cultural and tech fest are organized by our college. The classroom is non-ac but well. Cleaned and well maintained. Extra curriculum like cricket, swimming, badminton etc is available. There are 2-5 clubs are run by students

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent in my point of view as college manage to provide campus placement to every eligible students as company ask for your Overrall grade point of the student and apply their standard as 6.5 ogpa or without any backlog and take exam of aptitude and it is based on company policy they take group discussion and then personal interview and if it is software company then coding rounds also. Students in7th semester are ready for placement. In current scenario 6 companies have visited the campus and around 40-45 offers has been given to students. Here each company come with only one package and different job roles some company came with 5.5 lpa and some with 5 lpa and some with 7 lpa so maximum till now from college is 7 lpa and average till now of placed students is 5.5 lpa. 60 percent of students get placed in past years stastics. My plan is to go for higher education ie mtech from good institution.

The placement of my college are good in electrical and mining branch the placement are very good while in other branch the placement is decent in this college many companies are visited like vedanta etc. many good companies are come here the 60 percent students are placed every year but in mining and ee the placement rate is almost 100 percent my plans after getting degree is to go in very good company with very good placement

Each year in seventh semester placement companies visit college for taking students. In mechanical engineering Vedanta and Secure meter come for taking students. The average placement of this college is seven to eight lakhs and highest placement is twenty two lakhs. The best part is the placement in core companies. The average placement CGPA REQUIRED FOR PLACEMENT IS SEVEN CGPA.

I have not applied to any other colleges. UEM is the first college where i had applied for the first and last time. I chose this college as it is the closest from my home where i did not have to live in hostel. Secondly it has decent placements.
