A good college with Decent placements and good campus life

The admission process was a little hectic, the reasons being , the colleges under AKTU like ABES, AKG,JSS etc. Are of the same level in terms of placements, infrastructure, fee structure. I applied for AKG, ABES, PSIT and JSS. I chose ABES because it was better in terms of placement records and the faculty here was much more supporting plus the kind of projects they were working upon was industry like, which will ultimate be beneficial for the students. Better exposure was given and they had a lot of extra curricular activities ranging from Technology to everything. ADMISSION Criterion - The process of admission is categorized under two categories- 1.) UPSEE/JEE MAINS 2.) Direct Admission Through UPSEE / JEE MAINS there is different cutoffs for different branches. But for direct admission an online exam of ABESEC ( the college itself) was taken through which we were alloted the branches. We were required to take the report to the college with the fee reciept and our credentials.

The faculty members are the most supporting teachers I have ever seen in my life. They are always ready to help. I chose this course because I was a a tech enthusiast. The facility student ratio is 1:35 . They are extremely supporting and well upto date with the latest trends in technology and are well aware of the equipments to be used while teaching even in online modes. The experience of the teacher ranges from 2-20 years . ABES have a wide range of faculty. The method of teaching is really very good. To be honest, The students here are very much satisfied with the faculty. The sessionals exams occur every month and there are two sessional exams held before the semester exams. Every month we have our one sessional exams . In total we have 2 sessionals+ 1 Pre University exam before our semester exams.

College helps every student to get atleast two internships. Majorly internships are provided by capgemini, TCS, infosys etc. and even some startups as well . The roles offered are software developer, software testing, Android developer front end developer, backend developer, full stack developer, etc. There are 4-5 live projects currently going on under the guidance of university professors , one such includes agriculture based technovation. Not much projects are done but some are.

Campus placements are very decent and generally lies between 3-10 lakhs per annum. students from 5th semester become eligible for sitting in the campus placement. There are a number of companies that visit our campus for example- Infosys, Capgemini, wipro, Amazon, Adobe, byjus, TCS etc. Approx 92% students are placed every year. 180+ offers are given to 140 students on average. That means placements are very good. The highest package offered by the company this year was 35lakh per annum to three students . And the lowest was 2.9 lakh . The average package revoleves around5-10 lakhs p/a. I will go for Mtech after this degree.

My fee is 1 lakh 36 thousand annually and I applied for a scholarship but I dint get scholarship till now but the campus provides a good job to his/ her students on the basis of their knowledge level.

College campus life is ultra amazing! A perfect blend of fun , chill and discipline. We have various contests, clubc, societies , fests that happens in the college frequently. One such very big and massive fest is "genero " That happens every year. The library is full fledged, every kind of books is available, we can even sit for hours and read in the library . The college issues the syllabus and material for study also . All classrooms are well furnished with air conditioners. There are multiple sport activities going continuously in the campus, like basketball, cricket, football, badminton etc. We have one big play ground.
