Remarks
The admission process is filling the online application form and submission of fees with the submission of documents like graduation mark sheet and provisional certificate. The eligibility is graduation in any life science course with a 55% aggregate. The selected students are facilitated by the higher authorities on the counselling day.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have done my bachelor with the same course that is why I m doing the masters also from the same course. The faculty is very experienced with Qualifications as PhD and Post Doc. On every semester there is 2 midterms exam and one project submission. The exams are not hard to pass if the class have listened attentively.
Internships Opportunities
The internship opportunities were provided by the college in some research labs and some hospitals that provide the stipend also. The internship opportunities can be provided by the college also but do not provide any stipend.
Placement Experience
From the last semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. The companies that come are some pharmacy and research related companies, that offers an average package of 3- 3.5 lakh per annum. The placements is good for Mtech or engineering students. The percentage of students getting placed is 55%.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee is 83000 for 1 year and the course is of 2 years. There is a hike in the fee every year but this year due to the corona pandemic there was no hike in the fee. At the time of admission as I have done my graduation from the same college so I got some fee concession.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Technorazz which is held every year in the month of September for 3 consecutive days. It includes many intercollege competitions. The libraries are very good and each student can issue 2 books on each id card. The classrooms are provided with ducts. Sports day happens every year for 3 days.
Interview Experience
There was a GD round, in which some questions were asked like what was your % in the graduation and what did you learn during the internship period. The process of admission is filling in an online application form and after that submission of fees and some documents.
